After numerous visits for a variety of issues without resolution, I decided that I would try a different dealership for service. Going to Carl Burger and working with Sean changed my entire attitude towards Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. The service and communication has been exceptional. Definitely on par with the service we receive at our "high-end" dealerships for our other vehicles. The crew at Carl Burger impressed me with their willingness to put forth the effort to get the job done and get it done right (finally!). My Jeep runs better now than the day I bought it! brought my Dodge Journey in for not starting once in a while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start. When I got home I tried the new key and found when I started the car, Opened the door the horn s while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start. Called service dept and Sean told me to bring it back, they didn't complete the job correctly. Went back and they did it properly the second time. I don't like having to return for such a simple fix. I had to visit for a problem with the a/c. The crew recalibrated our unit and it seems to have done the trick.
