I have contacted this dealership several times regarding a warranty issue with my vehicle. I spoke with the Service Manager, who instructed me to email a copy of my warranty information and assured me he wo a warranty issue with my vehicle. I promptly sent the requested information but never received a response. Since then, I have called multiple times over the past month and a half, leaving several messages requesting a return call. Unfortunately, none of my calls have been returned, and no one has followed up regarding my warranty claim. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, especially when dealing with a warranty issue. Based on my experience, this dealership has failed to provide even basic customer support. More
