Beware, Stay away. Requested a price online since I would be traveling towards this dealer and thought maybe I could save some money. I asked for a selling price since I didn't provide my zip code and received an email shortly after titled "quote" with taxes shown. Apparently were not capable of following simple instructions here. I opened the email and no text or anything. Just a .pdf file with a quote showing not only full sticker price but added junk to earn more money ( about $600 ) that the internet price didn't even show. Then again I see this dealership has a horrible reputation and it seems almost all the employees have some sort of negative review. Go figure. Nice Job. Oh wait I have more. I just received his email. "I just sent you quote it has the asking price at the top if you give me more info I can do a total" Oh my... More

When I decided to purchase my new Camry, I stopped at a dealership closer to town. I went in to find a salesman since no one came out to greet me. I explained what I was looking for and asked if the paper's ad applied to me. He told me it depended on my credit score. I told him what is was and he said he had only seen a score like that 2 times in his career and asked if my husband was with me. News flash: women are educated and gainfully employed. I then left and went to Carlock. GREAT EXPERIENCE! They worked with me from the second I entered until my purchase was complete. THANK YOU CARLOCK TOYOTA for treating me with respect ..... I advise any woman to go to this dealership for your car needs. I will return when it's time for a new car! More
Rude treatment by salesman, Eddie Johnson Eddie Johnson talked to us on Thursday about getting us the SUV that we wanted. He said he would call us on Friday to tell us when he could get it. We called 2 times on Friday, because he never called us. Finally talked to him when we called. He said he would call us right back. This happened 2 different times. He never returned our call. He did call on Saturday, & we made an appointment to see him at 3 pm. When we got there, after making an appointment, it was a long time before he came & talked to us. He finally came with the price, but would leave, & we waited several times while he talked to other. After sitting & waiting til 4:15 pm, we got up &. left. We left him a note on a napkin telling him we would come back when he had more time. We feel all of his treatment to us was very rude & unethical. More

I should have known better after reading their BBB rating is an F. They actually tried to charge sales tax on a new car knowing I was from out of state. Its actually the first time i have had a salesman talk me out of buying something. Before, a manager assured me if I made the 100 mile drive and didnt buy that he would fill my car with gas. And did he? Of course not he said the gas card was lost. We were there 2.5 hours on a Saturday and not another single customer even came in. More
Sky high APR, terrible follow-up, very poor salesmanship I went to this dealer searching for a car I had seen listed on their website. When I arrived, I was informed that the car I was looking for was not on I went to this dealer searching for a car I had seen listed on their website. When I arrived, I was informed that the car I was looking for was not on the lot, but nobody seemed to have any idea where it was. That salesperson promised to get back with me the next morning and tell me where the car was, but I never heard back from him and he did not answer my phone calls or messages. A few days later I returned asking about the same car, and it was still mysteriously missing, but this time I spoke with a different salesman and he gave me a different version of the story as to where it might be. They asked me to test drive another used car in the same price range. This car was filthy inside, apparently never vacuumed or cleaned after being traded of from a rental company. They asked if they could give me a quote on financing and took me inside to meet the manager - who showed no interest in talking with me or discussing the possible sale. The monthly payments they quoted me were much higher than they should have been considering the asking price of the car and obviously included a very high interest rate. However, when I asked what the estimated interest rate was, they refused to tell me unless I submitted the loan application. Since I was in no way interested in a loan on those terms, I refused. Later I calculated the APR for the quote they had given me, and it was just shy of 30% APR! I've never been quoted such an unreasonable figure for financing. Almost two weeks later, I received a message that the l car I had originally been looking for was back on the lot, and asking me to come look at it. However, the idea of negotiating over such ridiculous financing terms has no appeal to me. Very disappointed in this dealer. More
I just purchased my 1st car from this dealer,and wow, what a pleasure working with these people. I could go on for ever bout how good they are at the jobs,but not time or space, Mark put me in the right what a pleasure working with these people. This was my first purchase with Carlock ( although, my fourth Toyota vehicle purchase). Mark Chaney promptly sent me an e-quote per my request. We spoke via the phone a few times with Mark and I agreeing on a price before I ever stepped foot in the dealership showroom. He willingly met with me outside of normal hours to accomodate my schedule. I added a few features to the vehicle when signing the papers. So, Mark offered to drive the vehicle to my doorstep once the features were added (no additional cost). He delivered the vehicle as promised and even provided me a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the vehicle and appreciate the excellent customer service I was provided. I look forward to dealing with Carlock in the future. More
I worked with Mark Chaney from start to finish. He talked with me thru email, phone and text. He delievered as promised. I was able to get into a newer SUV at a monthly price I can live with. Everyone was so helpful and nice.The guy who did the paperwork I don't remember his name but he worked with us until he found the best deal.
