The dealership works as well as the car. I've found myself becoming increasingly disappointed with automobiles. I love to drive and I like things to work as advertised. Unfortunately most of the cars and trucks that I've experienced in the last few years fail to deliver. I've found Mercedes and BMW to be exceptions. My last new car was a BMW and I was satisfied with the product and performance. I even thought I was receiving good service from the dealership until I purchased my Mercedes from Carlton. A couple miles away from the BMW store but light years ahead in customer service.Alex Park and John Armstrong performed flawlessly. The process was simple, fast and honest. I noticed that the owner sits at a desk in the showroom, right in the middle of the sales activity and accessible to anyone and everyone at anytime. I'm completely satisfied with the car and the dealership and it will be hard to find a reason to ever go anywhere else. More

As this leased expired, again he exceeded my expectations by putting together a plan where I could purchase the lease car that I enjoyed and desired to keep. My Sales Representative called me to come in and we were able to work out all the details and complete the purchase transaction within an hour. Also, my Sales Representative assisted me in changing a tire that went flat when I hit something on the way to the dealership. Sean Deibert is truly an exceptionally outstanding Sales Representative and I look forward to doing business with him when I look to lease or purchase another Mercedes vehicle. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE I live in Asheville, NC and drove to Greenville, SC because I saw the exact car I wanted on Carlton Motorcars website. As my husband and I pulled into the parking area we were greeting by Sean Deibert. He totally listened to what I wanted and I was able very quickly to test drive it. I also drove another car but bought the one I had seen on the website. Sean made the whole experience easy and efficient . Very Poor Customer Service Dear Mr. Carlton, I am from Charleston, SC and submitted an inquiry through the Carlton Motorcars web site making an offer on this vehicle two week Dear Mr. Carlton, I am from Charleston, SC and submitted an inquiry through the Carlton Motorcars web site making an offer on this vehicle two weeks ago. I didn't receive a response. I drove up to Greenville (3 hours away) last weekend to see the vehicle in person and make an offer. Rodney, the used car manager, didn't even acknowledge me in the room as a buyer. Not only did he seem preoccupied and uninterested, but his behavior and attitude were rude! Needless to say, I left without the vehicle. This was a very frustrating experience, as I have everything in order and I am ready to purchase! It seems that the vehicle has now sold. He answered all our questions and gave dertailed reasons for his answers. It was obvious that he knew a lot about cars, enjoyed his job, and that Mercedes Benz was the best choice. He found us a great car that had detailed service records showing that it was well maintained by his dealership. The price was thousands below comparable cars that I found within a 500 mile radius of our home south of Atlanta. We got a great trade for my sons old car. Tyler did not pressure us at all into buying the car. He just gave us the facts. He and the staff at Carlton stayed open late since we were late arriving from our commute from middle Georgia and had the paperwork done in no time. I have bought several cars in the past and the paperwork seemed to take half a day, Tyler had everything done in minutes. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 200 mile commute. More

New convertible! We are so excited about our new 2012 E550C cabriola. We did not enter the parking lot to purchase a car that day. We were actually going to Infiniti next door to check out a model convertible I had been considering and then going onto Audi as well. I was so impressed with the E550 condition, color and mileage and PRICE! That we did not make it to the other dealerships that day. We did drive the Audi S5, and considered buying a new one in Atlanta, but when we saw this one, we had to get it. I am finally a Mercedes Benz owner, it is our first one and are not disappointed at this point. It has been just a week or so, and love it. So happy to meet Mr. Carlton and see his office and get his gifts. Since we have a mutual friend, who just bought a new car, we knew that Carlton Motors would treat us right. Willie is one of the nicest Sales Professionals Purchased an ML350 for my wife from Willie Fields and had the best buying experience I have ever had! Willie is one of the nicest Sales Professionals that I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years. There was no haggling, Carlton gave me a fair amount for my trade and a fair price for the ML350. It probably took 5 minutes to agree on the deal. Willie then spent quite a while going over all of the features on the ML and made sure we were comfortable with them and understood them. The owner, Mr. Carlton came over and personally greeted us and asked if we were satisfied with the deal and stayed and chatted a bit. I can't say enough good about Willie and the dealership! What a great experience. I would highly recommend Carlton Motorcars and if you go in, ask for Willie! You won't be sorry! More
