Great experience with Carma in Duluth. Went in with a car in mind and cash in hand. Worked out a deal with the owner Greg on pricing and walked away with a new "used" car. Great working with Cameo, as well as Avery who gave us some insights as well. Overall a great experience.

Saw the car online and contacted the dealer from Raleigh. Avery assisted with all the questions and paperwork for the purchase of our 2007 MB R320. We arrived a week later, test drove the car on our way to Florida for the Christmas holidays, paid for the car and picked it up on our way home. The sale only took an hour total (we had a check with us to pay for the car) and the pickup process was about 10 minutes. The car was exactly as represented, no surprises. When we arrived for pickup, it was detailed even more and ready to go

"Fast transaction, and they let me get it inspected"

I bought a vehicle from this dealer in December. I pretty much dealt directly with the finance manager. He was easy to negotiate with, and he did his paperwork quickly. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic for inspection, which is not standard. The check engine light was not on at that time but my mechanic noted a few minor problems on his scanner. My mechanic at inspection said all the codes had been recently cleared before ran the scan. I am pretty sure this is standard procedure at a used car dealer, so it was no surprise. About a week after the purchase the check engine light came on, but it is just a minor exhaust system leak. If you are a novice used car buyer, be aware that the dealers clear the computer before you buy the vehicles.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
