Terrible service and communication We called to go see a vehicle, the salesman promised to send a text confirming our appointment and the address. We never received the text. We made an offer later that day and were promised a phone call if the truck was still available the next day. we called 2 days later and the vehicle was still there, but received no call. I drove all the way out here to Duluth from Atlanta becaus We recently bought a low mileage mini-van from Carma, and they were very nice to deal with. I drove all the way out here to Duluth from Atlanta because they clearly had the best price on the vehicle I was looking for. They also got the door motor fixed for us, and bought us a tank of gas for our trouble driving out there. The sales manager is probably overworked, but the younger sales staff are also working hard. I definitely recommend this business. More
