I think we have discussed issue more than enough and your dealership has wasted too much of my time already. Not only have I lost 1 day and a half of my time, and had to fix the issue myself in order to get it done in a timely fashion, I feel that setting up an appointment to further discuss an issue that I resolved on my own is just wasting more of my time. Further I did not have the repairs done, I did them myself and so far the trim piece is still solidly in place unlike when your trained technicians installed it.

Wow, i'm glad to see that someone making a mistake is unforgiveable. To clearify a few things. the reason my Advisor Tony did not call you was that verizon had inadvertly cut our phone lines, as well as our internet access. Which made it impossible to locate the correct parts. You are correct that Tony should of used his cell phone to call (his personal choice). You also stated that your an ex parts manager, so i'm sure you have seen the factory mis package parts before which had added to the problems. IF the parts was correct, this would of been resolved. We are in a customer service business , we try to make every customer satisfied. Sometimes we fall short , i'm sorry for your inconvience and hope you will give Tony another chance. Joe Triboletti

Making a mistake once by not installing a part correctly, I forgave and gave you the benefit of the doubt. I also let you have the car for an entire day on the second try to get the repair done, it did not happen. So you fell short twice, the second time in a big way. How many times am I supposed to put up with bad service? Obviously your customers time is not important to you as you seem to think they have nothing better to do than keep bringing their car back to get the same work done. Someone in your facility must have a company phone that they could have used or you could have offered Tony to expense the call to Carman, are you telling me that your service dept did not call any of your customers all day? Or was I the only one...... Did Tony think I did not need my car for the entire weekend and it was ok just to assume the customer did not need to be notified either by phone or at least Tony could have told the only guy left in service at the end of the day what was going on so that when I came in He could tell me. But instead I had to drive in to find that everyone had left for the day and the only guy left in service had no clue what was going on with my car.
