The best auto buying experience from my living room. I was shopping around for a Jeep Gladiator to get out of my leased 2024 Nissan Frontier I live in New Jersey, went to a bunch of dealerships in my area, I see David's commercials all the time and decided to find out if he was actually my dealer and just didn't know it. I started by texting my interest in the Gladiator they had on their lot. Quick response from Sam, we were trying to get to the numbers that would work for me, took about a few hours back and forth by text. Finally they came back with a number in my budget with taking my Frontier lease. Here's the best part, Joe R called me said we are getting paperwork finalized and that they would deliver the vehicle to my house and sign everything at my house. Eli in finance discussed the paperwork and agreed on everything. Mind you Im about 90 minutes away from them. Joe R salesman should up dressed nice, happy smile, we chatted a bit. Signed the paperwork, took the plates off Frontier and Drove off. Leaving me with a beautiful truck. David Dodge you were my dealer and I just found out that when I'm ready to buy another I'm coming to you, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they're looking for a Jeep Dodge whatever to come to you because the experience I had was amazing. I had gotten a flat tire the Saturday right before the snow storm and had AAA come use the repair kit to fix it. I wanted to eventually bring it in to be looked at but was snowed in until the following Thursday. I went outside and it was flat again so I called AAA and after they fixed it called Burton and they said to bring it right in. They were able to take me right in so I dropped it off and about 2 hours later they called and Saud it was correctly patched and ready for pick up. Always acted professional answering all questions I had. Very Happy with the service.

Jason Cuglietto, the finance manager, made the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure at all in the office, and he secured the best interest rate for me. His attention to detail and expertise in the field are outstanding. Lastly, my salesperson, Elton, was incredibly friendly and helped me find my dream vehicle. I highly endorse and recommend that everyone purchase their vehicles from Preston Dodge.

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well deserved. I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

The various trim levels and option packages can be complicated and Paul did a great job coming up with a configuration that had all the features we wanted. For the past year we've also been going to this dealership for service and are happy with it. They're always friendly and they've taken good care of our vehicles. I especially like the fact that they offer an express oil change service that doesn't require an appointment.
