The first time I went there I was just looking for what type of car I wanted and I wasn't actually buying a car that day and frank respected that and didnt try to force me to buy it that day like other dealers. I actually ended up getting the car 2 months later and frank and I stayed in touch once a week which really made mw want to give him my service.
