Wife's ideal vehicle from a surprising sales team My wife had been searching for a replacement vehicle since May 2016 due to it being in a total loss. We tried numerous dealerships in our local area b My wife had been searching for a replacement vehicle since May 2016 due to it being in a total loss. We tried numerous dealerships in our local area but none of them wanted to put forth the effort to getting us our ideal vehicle. So we gave up for the longest time. We happened to see this vehicle and we had to go see it even though it was OVER 200 miles from where we lived. The customer service of this team is nothing short of extravagant. We had started the trek on this Journey (pun intended as we bought a Journey) by phone. Over the course of a few days we were able to get them all of our information, more information about the vehicle, and even financed. The day that we were able to come down, Alstevis was off, but on his own accord, or maybe it was the football gods (as he put it), he came in to assist us. Once we arrive, we IMMEDIATELY felt like family. On our test drive, we found out something from Alstevis that made our buying experience that much more extraordinary. He played for the Green Bay Packers briefly, which was our team. From this point on things just kept rapidly going in that direction with whomever we spoke with while there. This dealership, for lack of better terms, bent over backwards for us to make sure that we got our vehicle which had a lot of back story to it. For the amount of customer service they provided us, I would be willing to drive down to them for any type of maintenance that needed to be done.
