Good service I went to look at a car without intentions to buy that day as my husband is was out if town. The salesman Jerrod came out to assist. Exceptional customer service, offered his help without being too pushy, very friendly and personable. I agreed to go over numbers, I did take away 1 star based on I feel like the offer for my trade in was low, however, I do understand its a dealership and wouldn't expect much higher from anywhere else. That, and I felt like the insurance manager sort of beat around the bush a bit with the final offer (payment and interest rate). I had to be stern that before we went thru with paperwork (I feel like this should have been offered first and foremost before any paperwork). However, everyone was exceptionally nice, and helpful, and compliant with my request. They did get as close to my desired payment as I believe they could with "ok" credit and only $500 down. Jerrod was exceptional the entire time, dealing with me and both my young children, along with my husband being out of town. I left having bought the car and they let me take it that night, and agreed to overnight the paperwork to my husband. More
