I don't normally write reviews, however, the two young men who helped me in my purchase were outstanding. I met Colin as I walked in the door. He gave me a warm and friendly greeting. I was upset that day as I had bought my previous vehicle from this same dealership but not these same people. There was a huge discrepancy in what I had been told about the vehicle having 4 wheel drive. It did not. I was crying I was so angry. Colin, being the professional that he is, listened to everything I had to say. He even got people from the dealership to check it out. He was so kind and respectful and took what I had to say seriously. He promised to do all he could to help me. He introduced me to Scott. Scott was quick to respond and help. They showed me a Jeep that we worked to get for me. I know I tried Scott's patience, but not once did he fuss or complain. I needed the process explained in detail because I was not going to be taken advantage of again. These two young men are very professional. They carry themselves like gentlemen should. They are respectful and go the second and third mile to help the customer. I, being female and about to turn 65 years old have seen many instances where people try to take advantage. My confidence has been restored in being treated right because of these two. I can honestly say I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Jeeps are a wonderful product. This is my third one. The jeep sells itself, but only when you find true professional people that can guide you through the sale is it going to work. My wife and I are new to South Carolina and unfamiliar with local businesses. When I needed a receiver for my Dodge truck I stopped by Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. She had the part I needed in stock and gave me some helpful tips on how to install it. A few days later I decided to put side-steps on my truck. After going on line and finding a pair, I went to see Beth and check out the Dodge inventory. Their side steps were more costly, but Beth showed me a pair she had purchased on line just for comparison. They online items were of decidely lesser quality. I purchased the steps from Dodge. The steps had to be ordered. When they arrived Beth called to inform me. After they arrived, she put my truck on a lift to show me how and where to fasten the braces. Her knowledge and superb customer service has earned my loyalty to your business. I will also share my positive experience with others. More

There are many uncertainties financially, and also, if you buy a used vehicle, you have many additional questions and concerns. My husband convinced me that it was time to trade my old car with 250,000 miles (still running great) for something newer. I really did not want the high price of a new car or carpayments. I had no car payments for 7 years now! So, I had nothing in particular in mind when we stopped at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, Lugoff. Our young salesman, Matt greeted us with a great smile, and enhusiasm and after a short discussion of what we might be looking for, he let us test drive and look at several models, from their new and used car selection. He seemed to know all particularities of models, styles and details of engines, horse power, parts, tire differences etc...now that was very impressive! But more than that, he was very friendly and personable, and as he got to know more about us, he sort of "matched the car" to suit my/our needs. I drive a lot, and i am a short and tiny person so it is hard for me to "fit" into a car. This experience can be far worse than buying clothes! We test drove and got familiar with this very nice 2012 Chrysler 200 i liked (with 11,000 miles). It has a beautiful style, and all the bells and whistles of luxury, more than I ever wanted or needed. I had no idea what the asking price was, it was my husband's idea for me to test drive that one. Needless to say, the cost (though well worth the vehicle), scared me! But our new friend, Matt, did not give up. He came back with his manager, and worked on some numbers with my husband. We spent at least 4 hours at this dealership. By the time Moon and stars came out, I was ready to leave my wore-out vehicle on the lot, and drove home with this new car, done deal and with an extended warranty to give us the security we needed. Yes! Your car shopping experience does not have to be painful. It can be fun, wether you buy a new or used car.Just go see Matt, he will fix you up with what you need, and nothing more or less. I drive minimum 60 miles per day. My new car is a pleasure to drive, gets great gas mileage. More

I went in looking to just see what they had to offer and even though I wanted to see other dealers they did not pressure me to buy. I ended up returning and got a great price on a Dodge Dart Rallye.
