Accurate, Fast & Polite I’ve been in Charlotte one year today and I’ve only dealt with this dealership. I woke up to a dead car, got a jump to make it to the dealership, late to work already now by 20mins they found out the issue, replaced my battery at a great price. I mean amazing. Needed a new key Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for the key to arrive. Mike called me to say that the key was in. He didn't have a service slot for that very day, but I offered to come do my work in the waiting room for as long as it took him to work in the programming that my new key needed. Mike was happy with that. I was there about 2-1/2 hours before Mike announced that my new key was ready. He also answered some other questions and promised to get back to me by phone when he could do some research about one of them. The only downside is that getting a single key made is hugely expensive ($263). More
