Needed a new key Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for the key to arrive. Mike called me to say that the key was in. He didn't have a service slot for that very day, but I offered to come do my work in the waiting room for as long as it took him to work in the programming that my new key needed. Mike was happy with that. I was there about 2-1/2 hours before Mike announced that my new key was ready. He also answered some other questions and promised to get back to me by phone when he could do some research about one of them. The only downside is that getting a single key made is hugely expensive ($263). More

When I first arrived, I was greeted professionally by Richard Albino. We discussed the vehicle and all options of that vehicle. He wanted to ensure I was getting what I wanted. From the time I arrived to the time I drove away in my new vehicle, it was the fastest and one of the best experiences I have had. Doug also helped my with the finance portion, which was the most smooth transaction I have ever experienced. The team was very easy to work with and I was very pleased to work with them. Next time I have a VW need, I will ensure to visit this team first since my experience was great. More

I went straight to the general manager Richard who connected me with Morris and promised me the issue would be resolved and indeed it was and he even had my car washed inside and out! He went the extra mile. Just hate it took complaining to managers before it got resolved. More
