I had an issue with my 2019 Beetle and due to the holiday the earliest I could get in was on Memorial Day. None the less due to prior plans I called Carolina Service Dept on Saturday and spoke with Olga . She was fantastic absolutely professional , cordial and very empathetic & accommodating . She told me to bring the car in right now she'll have someone look at it . She mentioned unfortunately she didn't have any loaner cars available but if need be she would have someone take me home . None the less the problem was somewhat serious and I was their a few hours . Very nice waiting room offering refreshments & TV or I chose to wait outside which was nicely set up with chairs & umbrella . Olga kept my updated on the status of my car and the issue itself . She even stated if remotely they had to keep my beetle she would even try to get me loaner car due to my holiday plans and very apologetic . None the less she came back one last time and stated they had fixed the problem which was great news and told.me.if the problem should reoccur come back immediately . They even washed my car .Again I've been patronizing Carolina VW since moving to Charlotte about 1 yrs and a half .I'm from Long Island , NY in fact I traded in my 2016 beetle upgraded to a 2019 Beetle .Much thanks to the great service and kindness shown to me a shout out to Richard salesman , Olga Service Rep , and Clem sales.manager .I've patronize VW since 1969 and I know what I'm talking about .Great Job to the entire staff.
