Each person who worked with me was polite and professional and treated us as their client despite difficulties from national weather that slowed work and slowed parts delivery . Shady dealership beware! We got approved in advance. We live very far from the dealership in Eugene. Called dealership to confirm truck was still available before driving for We got approved in advance. We live very far from the dealership in Eugene. Called dealership to confirm truck was still available before driving for 2 hours. Dude says it was and keys were in his pocket. Salesman LIED!! WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE!!! dude says they sold it to one of their techs 5 minutes before ..... NEVER DO BUSSINESS HERE. they sold it to one of their own employees screwing over the customer who called in advance before driving for 2 hours. More
