There was damage to the car and miles that weren’t there when it left Carvana in Ohio. Carvana immediately set up a fix to the scratches on the bumper. No problem. The delivery guy was nice, both he and Carvana fixed a last minute issue with paperwork. Above and beyond. The real issue was the RIDICULOUS amount of perfume detailing smell in the car. It is insane. There was something spilled all over the control panel and the steering wheel. I cleaned the steering wheel but had to pay to replace the window on the control panel. The overspray from the detailing was not there before as it wasn’t indicated on the inspection. So it had to happen locally while they were soaking the car in air “freshener.” So buying the car was a joy, the detailing was not. It’s okay, I’d do it again, but honestly I wish the detailing was done right, without the smell of a two dollar lap dance soaked into the carpet. Now I wait for the title and the plates. Fingers crossed. This would be five stars if the detailing was done right. Overall, I recommend Carvana. More
My cars undercarriage has significant rust. I took it to Firestone and they said in the report it has “significant rust”. Silver rock refused to fix it. I really didn’t like that. When I first saw my truck I was so happy and than I saw the rust…. It’s really sad. I keep my cars until the wheels fall off. This is a less reliable vehicle due to the damage. It’s a terrible feeling. I am now worried when I drive. The inspection is a joke. Oil change wasn’t done (Firestone did it) alignment was not ok (had to be fixed) but the rust is a big one. I called carvana to see if they could help and I just got a lot of sorrys. Sorry won’t fix the rust, a auto body shop will. This would of been my dream car if it wasn’t for that rust. I still want it fixed or for carvana to help pay for part of it because the rust was not portrayed in the pics. There was also no pics of the bed which was totally beat up and scratched. So I feel disrespected by carvana. Not happy More
Tesla was delivered with 30 miles left. I went to charge (said it came with mobile charger) but one was not included. I was told to purchase and get reimbursed. I did this but only received half of what was owed. Was told they would send $250, but turns out only $220. I plan to file a small claim if I can’t get what was promised. After buying two cars and thinking of a third, I will never purchase from you all again. More

This is my third car I have purchased and this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. My order was cancelled once due to an error by one of the reps. Then the delivery of my vehicle was delayed absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. My order was cancelled once due to an error by one of the reps. Then the delivery of my vehicle was delayed 3 separate times due to “transportation” issues. When the vehicle made it to the local dealer for delivery it didn’t pass the Maryland state inspection so there was yet another delay. The car was then delivered with multiple issues still existing. It is now the first week of June and I still have not been able to enjoy my vehicle a process I started on April 20th. It’s unfortunate because of the current market conditions they can get away with something like this but in the future it will not work. I personally won’t recommend them at all. More
