I ordered a car, scheduled a delivery 3 weeks out, as I am a truck driver and only come home every 3 weeks. They were great with text communication reporting to me a week out, 3 days out and a couple of day before messages confirming delivery tomorrow 1030am. THEN… 645pm I got a message that my delivery had been rescheduled for a week later. I blew my top. I reached out to carvana rep and he said they overbooked deliveries and didn’t have enough people to deliver. I explained my situation and would not be back home for 3 weeks, which will be July 1. He offered to push me out till then. I asked why, I no longer trust you will have enough people to deliver to me because it will be a holiday weekend. He kept saying there was nothing they could do. I offered coming 2 hours to pick up at a vending machine, I was told they were also booked full till July I’m looking for a local dealer to get a different car. Then cancel my order. To me, I can’t understand why someone who gives a 3 week window, completes ALL tasks with proof of funds and they can’t deliver. If you are expecting on time delivery buy somewhere else, very disrespectful. A plus is the phone agent was polite and kept me from yelling. More
I mean you can't beat the 7 day money back and 100 day power train warranty. Plus they give useful information on the average cost to get each car perfect. Carvana made so many mistakes that I don't know where to begin. I spent a average of about 18 hours on the phone just trying to make this deal work. For starter, they failed to contact our bank and confirm the funds availability. Since we were leaving town, I had to hire a uber to get to the airport. We lost our hold on the initial confirmed delivery. Cost me $300.00 in Uber which they promised to repay. No check has been delivered. I confirmed that both my wife and I would be on the title and this information never got transferred. I was charged fee's that I shouldn't have been on inspection fee's, etc. I reside in Hood County and they insisted on charging me fee's for Tarrant County. I informed them exactly where I wanted the car registered and that never got updated either. There are other issues, but Carvana should have everything recorded. This part was a miserable experience and based on inaccurate fee's my possibly be a bit illegal. The positive side is that the actual delivery went great. A very pleasant experience. Car is great, but does have a light smell of marijuana. It runs great and I paid top dollar. I don't believe I will ever do this again. More

Dont even chance purchasing a vehicle with them. You will regret it! They sell lemons and fix them just enough to get you by until after the warranty period expires then say it was your fault. This is a 2017 Audi, no way I cracked it in 112 days. Their customer service is the worst and either just ignore you and dont respond or pass you off to SilverRock who just passes you back to Carvana. You will have better luck buy a car for $500 from Craigslist than Carvana More
