This is my third car I have purchased and this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. My order was cancelled once due to an error by one of the reps. Then the delivery of my vehicle was delayed absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. My order was cancelled once due to an error by one of the reps. Then the delivery of my vehicle was delayed 3 separate times due to “transportation” issues. When the vehicle made it to the local dealer for delivery it didn’t pass the Maryland state inspection so there was yet another delay. The car was then delivered with multiple issues still existing. It is now the first week of June and I still have not been able to enjoy my vehicle a process I started on April 20th. It’s unfortunate because of the current market conditions they can get away with something like this but in the future it will not work. I personally won’t recommend them at all. More

I ordered a car, scheduled a delivery 3 weeks out, as I am a truck driver and only come home every 3 weeks. They were great with text communication reporting to me a week out, 3 days out and a couple of day before messages confirming delivery tomorrow 1030am. THEN… 645pm I got a message that my delivery had been rescheduled for a week later. I blew my top. I reached out to carvana rep and he said they overbooked deliveries and didn’t have enough people to deliver. I explained my situation and would not be back home for 3 weeks, which will be July 1. He offered to push me out till then. I asked why, I no longer trust you will have enough people to deliver to me because it will be a holiday weekend. He kept saying there was nothing they could do. I offered coming 2 hours to pick up at a vending machine, I was told they were also booked full till July I’m looking for a local dealer to get a different car. Then cancel my order. To me, I can’t understand why someone who gives a 3 week window, completes ALL tasks with proof of funds and they can’t deliver. If you are expecting on time delivery buy somewhere else, very disrespectful. A plus is the phone agent was polite and kept me from yelling. More

Carvana made so many mistakes that I don't know where to begin. I spent a average of about 18 hours on the phone just trying to make this deal work. We lost our hold on the initial confirmed delivery. Cost me $300.00 in Uber which they promised to repay. No check has been delivered. I confirmed that both my wife and I would be on the title and this information never got transferred. I was charged fee's that I shouldn't have been on inspection fee's, etc. I reside in Hood County and they insisted on charging me fee's for Tarrant County. I informed them exactly where I wanted the car registered and that never got updated either. There are other issues, but Carvana should have everything recorded. This part was a miserable experience and based on inaccurate fee's my possibly be a bit illegal. The positive side is that the actual delivery went great. A very pleasant experience. Car is great, but does have a light smell of marijuana. It runs great and I paid top dollar. I don't believe I will ever do this again. More
