This was my first time using Carvana and it was a great experience! I love that they take care of registering the vehicle so I don't have to deal with the DMV. Amazing customer service. The live chat on t experience! I love that they take care of registering the vehicle so I don't have to deal with the DMV. Amazing customer service. The live chat on the site was pretty good, but the actual people I talked to were fantastic. The delivery was exactly on time (actually, 1 minute early). And I love my new (used) car!!! More

If I can give them negative rating, I would. Horrible experience, do not deserve even 1. I ordered a car on March 8, it was delayed 3 times. It is April 5 and car is still not delivered. I contacted customer service and they are clueless. Each time before scheduled delivery I called them and made sure I will get the car that time. I was assured there was no delay anticipated and I would get a text that delivery is rescheduled. Every time with some bogus excuses. Beware and never buy a car from them. Horrible experience More

Very disappointed. Carvana advertizes that their cars come with a 100 day/4189 mile warranty. But they contract the warranty with SilverRock. Mechanic found an issue wi Carvana advertizes that their cars come with a 100 day/4189 mile warranty. But they contract the warranty with SilverRock. Mechanic found an issue within the warranty period, SilverRock gave instructions on how to start a claim, all within the warranty period. After following SilverRock's instructions they lied about what instructions they gave and denied the claim. Carvana gave no help on getting repairs done under warranty. Very displeased to buy a used car that won't have warranty claims honored. More
