1) Website had a bug where uploading insurance document produced an error, even though it was correctly uploaded. 2) I placed order on Saturday. Sunday I receive a call saying I have until 9 AM Monday mo produced an error, even though it was correctly uploaded. 2) I placed order on Saturday. Sunday I receive a call saying I have until 9 AM Monday morning to produce a cashier's check or wire. Banks are not open on Sunday. So I had to waste time calling in to get an extension. The extension was granted. 3) My delivery was to be noon on the following Sunday. I got a call around 11:00 AM saying it would be 12:30 instead. It was more like 1 PM. The excuse was that the car was still being detailed - not sure why this was put off until last minute. 4) About 11:30 AM I got an email and text saying I needed to sign and notarize a document in order to take delivery (which was to be in a half hour). Luckily, I saw the email and was able to take care of it - another thing that could've been handled earlier. 5) When the car was delivered, there was a crack in the rear windshield, which has been referred to SilverRock. Another thing that could've been caught and dealt with sooner, now I have to do it on my own time. 6) After my seven days, I get a note saying my registration will be delayed due to Covid-19. What a pathetic excuse. 7) Even though I uploaded my insurance and driver's license, the delivery guy asked me to send a selfie of myself with the documents. What was the point of the upload? This was another last-minute request. You guys missed every deadline and delivered the car with with a crack in the windshield, yet you give me ridiculously short deadlines. Bottom line, you think your time is important, not mine. More

This is my first time purchasing a vehicle on carvana and it was a great experience and the staff was really helpful they even register your car for you I've recommended them to my friends. I purchased my car from Carvana one week ago. I was first told they won't offer me the KBB value for my car. Then I received an offer from two other dealers and Carvana still wouldn't match that I was first told they won't offer me the KBB value for my car. Then I received an offer from two other dealers and Carvana still wouldn't match that either. So they offered me $5100 less and told me they do not negotiate so “I can sell the car to one of the other dealers.” How can you offer less than a Cars actual value when it's in black and white? I was later told by the bank that the car I am purchasing from Carvana is marked up by $7000 so it's overpriced. Needless to say I proceeded with the purchase and scheduled my delivery for 3 days later. They delivery was delayed by 4 days on their end. I called and was told that talking to a supervisor will result in the same communication I was already getting from the Rep. Bad business model. So I just received a call the day before the reschedule delivery date stating they will be delaying it another 5 days. When I called in to ask questions I was told by the Rep that they do not cover rentals but may cover an Uber. I commute to and from work about 1 hour so then they came back and said they cover a max of 1-2 trips. I informed them I will have no vehicle because I did this transaction the “Carvana way" as I call it, sold my car the day prior to another dealer for the full value of my car. again asked for a supervisor and was told that won't help my situation. So before we hung up I demanded to know the delay, the logistics company lost the keys to my new car. So I am told they will call the dealer to program a new key find they don't find it and the car may be delivered on time or on the 5 day delay. This is poor customer service. I do not recommend this process. I also believe Carvana needs to offer the appropriate price for traded vehicles. This is not convenient for the customer! More
