My experience has been stressful and disappointing. I purchased a vehicle last week and was told for my down payment I could either do a cashiers check to give to the delivery driver or an ACH withdrawal. I chose a check. I uploaded photos of the check to my payment I could either do a cashiers check to give to the delivery driver or an ACH withdrawal. I chose a check. I uploaded photos of the check to my account and spoke with two people at Carvana who said it was on my account. I gave the check to the delivery driver then the next day was also charged an ACH withdrawal. So I was double charged my down payment. Had I been told that ACH withdrawal would automatically come out I certainly wouldn’t have also given Carvana a check. I am a week in to trying to get that money back and keep being told I’ll be called with an update and to wait 3-5 business days for funds to clear. Luckily an extra $1,700 being taken from my account didn’t put me in a financial bind, but Carvana didn’t know that and it very well could have. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been kind, but I’m very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. That money never should have been taken out and I certainly shouldn’t be going on over a week waiting to get MY money back that was wrongly withdrawn. More

Very detailed listings of a wide variety of make and models. Good mix of low mileage offerings as well as colors. Granted it is a used car but first impressions are important!. I found finger smudges on each sun visor and the headliner was even dirty in places pop residue in the bottom drivers door pocket. Also when the backseats was laid forward (to make room in the hatch area) I found some trash including a couple of business cards from one of the previous owners in Pennsylvania. Car was overpriced but I needed a car badly. More
This is my second purchase through Carvana. The 1st one was perfect, no issues at all. This 2nd one, not so much. Even though it was unnecessarily stressful this time around I had two wonderful Carvana Advocates that went above and beyond. The 1st one (can't remember her name) asked why I was looking for a new vehicle. When I explained that my husband and I are foster parents and recently began to foster an 18 month old baby and needed more space for a car seat I thought nothing of it. When my vehicle was dropped off I was surprised to find a gift bag in the front seat with baby stuff in it! So thoughtful! After not loving the vehicle that was dropped off and initiating a swap something went wrong in their system and my 2nd advocate Brenda literally spent the entire day working to get everything fixed. She was so compassionate and deserves a raise for her stellar customer service. I want to thank both of these ladies and the delivery guys for making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely recommend Carvana. More
