This is my second purchase through Carvana. The 1st one was perfect, no issues at all. This 2nd one, not so much. Even though it was unnecessarily stressful this time around I had two wonderful Carvana Advocates that went above and beyond. The 1st one (can't remember her name) asked why I was looking for a new vehicle. When I explained that my husband and I are foster parents and recently began to foster an 18 month old baby and needed more space for a car seat I thought nothing of it. When my vehicle was dropped off I was surprised to find a gift bag in the front seat with baby stuff in it! So thoughtful! After not loving the vehicle that was dropped off and initiating a swap something went wrong in their system and my 2nd advocate Brenda literally spent the entire day working to get everything fixed. She was so compassionate and deserves a raise for her stellar customer service. I want to thank both of these ladies and the delivery guys for making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely recommend Carvana. More
I must say that every single person that I talked to was great. They were all very friendly and interested in making my experience with the company a great one and for the most part it was. I can’t give it five stars only because my delivery was delayed three times. The first is because the vehicle was damaged in transit. No one was ever able to tell me what that damage was. The first person I talked to said that I will be compensated monetarily after I have made the seven day decision to keep the vehicle. Two of the other people said that they would investigate further and let me know what happened. I still don’t know what damaged occurred but I love my new vehicle who I refer to as Ruby. It wasn’t an immediate love affair but the more I am learning about all that she can do, the more I love and appreciate her. I enjoyed shopping for my vehicle while sitting in my living room. I got a Ford Explorer which replaced a Ford Explorer. Because I was used to that model I knew how it fit me so had a pretty good idea of what to expect. This helped a lot and will probably mean my next vehicle will be the same and that I will shop for it at Carvana. Thanks for providing this kind of service❤️ More
This was the WORST car buying experience of my life! They screwed up on 2 cars and finally on the third car I tried to buy it worked out. The people on the phone were nice but pretty much useless. All they said was sorry over and over but did nothing to help me. It wasn't until I got team leaders involved that things got better. I was told by one person that on my first attempt to purchase a car that for no known reason someone "forgot" to process my purchase but went ahead and scheduled a delivery date so I waited and the car never showed up. Then I was given another delivery date and that didn't happen either due to some "technical difficulty" with the car. I cancelled that purchase and purchased another car. That car was delayed several times for various reasons. I told Carvana rep. this is your last chance.... I purchased a car and it actually showed up! BUT it smells like mold on the interior. There is NO WAY it could have been overlooked by how ever many people inspected it. It is a strong smell. I was offered $100 towards detailing. Detailing in my area starts at $300 so thanks a lot Carvana. The ONLY posiitive thing I will say is that the person who delivered my car was great. He validated all my issues and agreed with me. I dont know if I will ever use Carvana again. More

Horrible experience that caused promises, followed by delays, followed by 2 no-shows on delivery. Customer Service people were nice but uninformed due to having a lack of info available to them. received the car, threw a check engine light within 19 miles, took it to the dealership and was told that someone filled the car up with gasoline, it's a diesel engine. Destroyed my entire fuel system, ha miles, took it to the dealership and was told that someone filled the car up with gasoline, it's a diesel engine. Destroyed my entire fuel system, had to get silver rock to warranty out the work, ON DAY ONE. No one has made this process any easier for me, no one has reached out, not a single thing was done to compensate the fact that I still do not have the vehicle in my possession 12 days later. I honestly would not recommend Carvana at all. I'm extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled. Mind you, I put 89 miles in total on the car before it wouldn't start, and it came prefilled, with gasoline. I never touched the gas cap and it came with a safety measure to prevent someone from putting a gas nozzle into the fill up tube and someone broke it. More
Natasha was the only reason I decided to purchase this vehicle! I was beyond frustrated with the continuing delays on my car delivery so I called to cancel and she got my call. She and the manager at Nashville Carvana kept track of my vehicle, delivered it to the dealership and had it ready for me w/in that week. Great experience at the dealership as well. Please give Natasha and the manager thanks and praise for a job well done! More
