Purchased a vehicle and was scheduled for delivery a week out. Carvana waited until the day before delivery after I had added the vehicle to insurance to say that they have rescheduled delivery and another w out. Should have known it was too easy to be true. I really contemplated never doing dealership purchases anymore but now I see I cant do that just yet. I would like to give this no stars but because the customer service was fast and gave me an explanation but no solution I give one star. More

I purchased a vehicle on Dec 2021 using the online process with adding extended warranty. After the 15 days of purchase, I changed my mind and wanted to trade in with a new car in a different dealersh process with adding extended warranty. After the 15 days of purchase, I changed my mind and wanted to trade in with a new car in a different dealership. The dealership and I went through a very hard time finding the paid off amount and the bank where the car was financed from. No one from the Caravana customer service had the knowledge to give us an exact information so the dealership issues the check for the paid off amount. Finally, I found out through Credit Karma that the financing bank is Bridge Crest. The paid off amount was overpaid of 2600 USD. The bank's customer service said that will take up to 4 weeks to get the refund for the overpayment. It is not over two months and I still have not received the refund. Today the customer service told me that they issued a check on February 28, but the research department missed to put the apartment number, that is why I did not receive the mail yet. Now, they are going to void the last check and issue a new check, which will take up to 10 business days to receive. I have never been through such a worse experience with a dealership. I am very frustrated with their process. I never recommend Carvana unless they fix their customer service system with hiring knowledgeable employees. More
Was disappointed with the Frisco location. The sales person had no idea what she was doing. The front bumper was not bolted down or installed properly. This was the best experience I had with buying a car. I normally don’t buy used cars but Carvana made it so easy and they were so responsive whenever I had a question or concern. When we got the vehicle it had many more dents and scratches than advertised, it also had a “maintenance required message” upon delivery, they said just to take it to one of the 2 covered services in scratches than advertised, it also had a “maintenance required message” upon delivery, they said just to take it to one of the 2 covered services in town, when we called Firestone they told us they hadn’t had the Carvana contract since middle of last year, plenty of time to take it off of their site, the other service in town ran the diagnostics and the car just required an oil change, they said Carvana won’t cover any of the diagnostics fees associated with the car even though it had that message on arrival and I was told we wouldn’t have to pay. Very frustrating. They also require much more documentation than initially advertised. “Drivers license and insurance” is what I was told and then needed to get my vehicle assessed and property taxes paid, I was told these things on a Saturday as well and my car was going to be delivered Monday, I asked what I could do for there to not be a delay and they said there wasn’t anything to do and that it would be delayed, the next available delivery they said could be the next Thursday 3/3/22 but when I got the text it said 3/10/22, when I inquired about that they said the car was placed on the wrong route and would be delayed, we ended up canceling the vehicle and getting the current one ordered and delivered when they said it would but as stated above, had many issues with the car. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. More
I had a terrible experience buying a car through Carvana. They were supposed to take care of the entire registration process. They didn’t. I had to do some of it myself. On top of that, it took them three and a half months to complete instead of the two weeks advertised. Two weeks in, my brake light went out, and now three months later, my car won’t even start. I am very frustrated with the entirety of the situation. More

Buying through Carvana has been a wonderful experience. After a week of online research and test drives at other dealerships, I chose to pull the trigger on a 2021 Hyundai Venue. I got the best price avail After a week of online research and test drives at other dealerships, I chose to pull the trigger on a 2021 Hyundai Venue. I got the best price available and it only took 30mins. I never had to leave my house or talk to a salesperson. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. More
