Carvana was extremely easy to use. I am very happy that they delivered my car to my door and there was no haggling over prices. I think the hardest part was trying to get all the documents from my loan company in order to sell my current car. Also, the interest rates for the company Carvana uses are awful. Benjamin Hodes is my advocate and his went beyond what he had to do that was out of his control. He took care of my needs to make my care experience amazing. Covid is a hard time for everyone beyond what he had to do that was out of his control. He took care of my needs to make my care experience amazing. I am really enjoying my new Nissan Altima and Carvana took care of any issues to make it right. My car looks even better after I picked it up with their (I think it was 90 days or so many miles ) warranty. They took care of things that needed attention and gave me a rental car when one repair took a couple days. I will go back to them and I already told a many people to buy from them. I recently purchased a SUV with Carvan and the experience was easy and pain free. I have visited dealerships and it was a nightmare! Between the added fees totaling over 10k or the hours wasted on a Saturday was easy and pain free. I have visited dealerships and it was a nightmare! Between the added fees totaling over 10k or the hours wasted on a Saturday afternoon, I felt defeated! With Carvana everything is done from home including delivery! The 7 day test drive is amazing and Carvana fixed things on the car we were not 100% satisfied with!!! Amazing experience! Would highly recommend Carvana to friends and family! No added fees, reasonable prices and awesome customer service! We had a cosmetic issue w the rims and they sent someone to fix right away! I did not have to leave my home, they fixed the issue while I worked!!!! 5 Star Rating!!!! More
