Easy, quick process. This was our second purchase. This car was not as clean and detailed as our first purchase. This was our 2nd experience with Carvana and it was easy, pain-free and convenient. There was a delay in getting the vehicle but that was somewhat expected due to supply issues, etc. The communication via te pain-free and convenient. The worse car buying experience I have ever dealt with! I definitely will not ever recommend this company let alone return for another purchase!!! In November of 2021 we purchased a vehicle from Carvana ma I definitely will not ever recommend this company let alone return for another purchase!!! In November of 2021 we purchased a vehicle from Carvana made a couple thousand dollar down payment on it via our bank account……the vehicle was delivered after the date was changed from the original date then the money is quickly snatched from the account!!! Time goes by and nothing we hear not one word from Carvana we reach out to suncoast thinking this was on them! They insure us there end is all good and it is completely in Carvanas hands!! Well what a complete xxxx show waste of time energy words and just everything. I contact carvana to be told rest assure all is well and boom weeks go by nothing again….. we reach back out to find out that caravana allowed our loan to go into default with the bank…. They never bothered to finish there part of the paperwork!! After hours on the phone and being disconnected….. they return the call leaving me a voicemail stating everything has been taken care of and rest assure our payment Info will come through! This was Jan 21 2022. I than returned a call that same evening after hearing the vm to carvana demanding for a manager! I was told within 48 hours a manager would give me a call back! Again this was Jan 22 we are in March of 2022 and still to this very day down to this very second not ONE manager has contacted me! Anthony from treasury contacted me yesterday clueless to what was going on and I’m guessing wanting to take the vehicle back cause why is treasury calling now……i than once again demanded interaction with a manager and nothing! We are now six months into this xxxx show of a buy and all off a sudden paperwork is processed but still no calls from higher up….and I regret every single second of energy I have given this company! Run for your dear life while you still can…. Unless you have all the time in the world to be doing a company’s job for theml! Save yourself time spend a little more elsewhere More

My experience with Carvana has been a bit of a nightmare. First of all, it took two weeks for me to even get the car that I'm paying 17K for. When they delivered it, I found out it had major transmission iss First of all, it took two weeks for me to even get the car that I'm paying 17K for. When they delivered it, I found out it had major transmission issues. The person who delivered it said that it would take another two weeks to get me a different car, but that they could do a post-purchase work order on it and Carvana would pay for the repairs. Once the car got inspected, it was determined that the whole transmission would need to be replaced, something that would take another ten days because the mechanic couldn't get the used transmission that Silver Rock (the company who pays for the repairs for Carvana) insisted on until then. All told, it was going to be another fourteen days until I would get my car. When I called Carvana, they said they don't deal with rentals but that if I called Silver Rock they would be able to help me. Silver Rock informed me that they can only reimburse for the rental, they will not pay up front and that they can only approve for $40/day or $400 total. The best rate they could give me was $47/day so at 14 days, I was looking at over $200 out of pocket for a rental, and this is on top of the nearly $6000 I already put down on the car. There are lemon laws out there, which is essentially what this car was. Carvana is negligent at best and downright shady at worst. On top of that, Silver Rock took so long to get back to the mechanic that my return window expired and now I am stuck with this car with the bum transmission and I have no other choice but to eat the cost of the rental because I can't go another two weeks without a car. I have to get to work so I can pay for this expensive mistake I just made. Do yourself and favor and don't make the same mistake I made; stay the xxxx away from Carvana!!! More
The initial process of getting approved was great! The car was delivered on time. There was a problem with the car which was covered under the warranty. My 7 day date was extended however I still got a notice saying my 7 day date expired. That was confusing but luckily I decided to keep the car. I then got a message saying they needed a copy of my insurance. I provided them with the insurance already prior to delivery of the car so that was also confusing. Other than that everyone was really nice and professional. I will never go onto a car lot again! More

They promised to make it right and fix the car. They opened a claim and told me to go get it quoted for repair and schedule it for repairs. Little did I know I would have to cover the rental out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement. I am having to pay almost $1200 out of pocket due to carvana employees! Not to mention the car showed up with mold and mildew growing in the door jambs. Absolutely disappointed with how I’ve been treated. Not to mention the hours I’ve spent on the phone with them trying to sort it all out, the mileage I’ve put on my vehicles to drop off and pick up a rental, the time and mileage family members have spent helping me get the rental! Carvana you really need to do better! More
This was my first experience with Carvana and overall a great process. Just had 1 hiccup with the delay in getting the original delivery date of the vehicle.
