The initial process was easy, even to get an offer for my trade in and the financing was easy. But, to get the car was a nightmare. The first car I ordered the delivery was cancelled the day before at 6PM, trade in and the financing was easy. But, to get the car was a nightmare. Then it took over a week to get a new delivery date, it arrived at my city, and it did not pass the inspection and the delivery was canceled again at 6PM the day before the delivery. The car needed to be sent to a Dealer in another city. The person I spoke with, told me the car will be sent right away. They schedule another delivery for 10 days later. Again, the day before the delivery I got a cancelation call and the person I spoke with told me that the car never left the city. All this time I asked why nobody call me and let me know what was going on. I cancel that car and days later I found a new vehicle, this time very close to my city. I bought it and scheduled a delivery. I called a few days before the delivery to find out if everything was in order. The person I spoke with assured me that everything will be fine. The day before the delivery I got a call saying that the car will be late for two more days because of a delivery problem. Finally, the car arrived. I am happy with the car, but it seems that there is no communication between the people involved in the delivery and there is NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CKIENT AT ALL. More

Disappointed that my car had a transmission recall that was never done. And now I have to pay for it and be out of a car for who knows how long it takes to get fixed. also, it should be under the warranty, was never done.
