It can take some time to break through the AI until it realizes you want a live human. The delivery and the delivery driver was awesome. I'd use Carvana again in spite of the issues with this purchase. More

The Carvana team walked me through all of this and each person I worked with was very cordial and helpful. I had completed the purchase and had an initial delivery date set which was then rescheduled. That delay was a minor inconvenience as I had to schedule time off from work to set up my delivery. The delivery went smoothly, the delivery driver was great and I am enjoying my new car! More
Carvana beyond exceeded my expectations! I was skeptical about ordering a car online. Every question I have had was thoroughly answered throughout the entire process. Even the guy that delivered my car was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the 7 day test drive. And the best part was that I didn't have to spend an entire day sitting in a dealership dealing with a salesman who is commission minded. I definitely recommend Carvana to everyone. More
I would definitely recommend Carvana to friends and family, and I already have. So much better than going to a dealership and dealing with their crap. I think a lot of it has to do with the software being built just for the best case scenario's and not unexpected complications. Also a lot of the cut & paste chat responses were not appropriate to our situation. However, in the end the customer service people were very responsive and we did get it done. But I look forward to this app and software working more smoothly. Thanks Carvana! More
Very dissatisfied by Carvana! The online experience was easy, which would've made everything fine- BUT the truck was damaged during transport. I got a call the day before delivery The online experience was easy, which would've made everything fine- BUT the truck was damaged during transport. I got a call the day before delivery saying a mirror was broken and would need a week to repair. Thus delaying delivery. I was told by the employee that she would reach out Monday as soon as she hears. Monday comes and I hear nothing so I reach out- only to get a response that she is off that day! Why tell me you will get to me that day knowing you are off?? Tuesday comes and she says there is a "scratch" she didn't notice when looking at the mirror that will delay delivery even further. She sends me the picture and there is no way that damage could be missed right above the mirror AND on the main structure of the truck! Yes, they are fixing it but I am paying for a truck that was listed at a different value than it is now after the damage. She said she would talk to her manager about my concerns. Of course she doesn't get back to me until I reach out. She said Daniel should be reaching out to me- which he did but I missed his call. I call back right away and he does not answer and did not leave a voice mail. That is very unprofessional! After getting delayed twice, the truck gets delivered with low tire tread and very poor paint job on the transportation damage repair! on top of that, there is a stress crack on the windshield above where the damage was. There was overspray on the truck, the are hard lines in the new paint meaning the paint wasn't done right which will cause chipping under the new paint, clear coat has dripped onto another part of the truck and chipping already. I took it to a preferred body shop listed by Carvana and even they said it was a poor job. Of course on top of that, Silver Rock will not cover all the costs to fix it correctly- costing me $1,300 out of pocket! I'm very unhappy with Carvana and will not recommend to any of my friends and family. I will be leaving a review of my bad experience. More
The logistics the company has in place is frankly atrocious. My car delivery was delayed three times - one of those times being an hour before delivery. With all the delays it resulted in my car being delivered a month late. The compensation offered for my immense inconvenience was abysmal. They need to seriously re-evaluate the logistics company/system they use for car delivery because from what I’ve read this happens all the time. I wish I had known that or else I would not have purchased through carvana. They also left out an incredible amount of defects with the car. The literal only saving grace from my experience were a few standout customer service employees. Eureka, Felicia, Dwayne, and Rodrigo were stellar stand-out employees. They went above and beyond to help me. I would like to especially thank Felicia for all her hard work. More
I've never *ever* had such a bad experience with a company. I ordered a truck on 1/4/22 and a scheduled delivery date of 1/13. Since then every time the delivery date neared I'd get a glib message f company. I ordered a truck on 1/4/22 and a scheduled delivery date of 1/13. Since then every time the delivery date neared I'd get a glib message from Carvana telling me that my delivery is being delayed. It is now 2 months later and I've been cheerfully notified that the truck is being delayed for the 6th time! They won't allow me to fly out and pick up the truck myself so I've been stuck. They've had my $38K since January (wouldn't schedule delivery until they had my money in hand) and I am praying that it won't be a nightmare to get my money back. I am convinced that Carvana has no idea what they're doing. I don't know how they manage to stay in business. More
