Well they delivered my car an hour late and told me that I need an oil change. That they didn't have time to get one and there wasn't a full tank of gas either. Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever! I purchased a Mercedes E350 and all was finalized and the car was scheduled to be delivered. I even called and was assured from a representative the I purchased a Mercedes E350 and all was finalized and the car was scheduled to be delivered. I even called and was assured from a representative the car would be delivered on the date and time I was told due to the fact I was going out of town. This is when the nightmare begin. No one could give me an explanation of where the car was or why it couldn't be delivered. I spoke with 3 different representatives and was promised returned calls which I never got. They treated me like I was buying a $10 toaster that had been lost in shipping when it was actually a 33,000 purchase that I had already insured (which they required). I had to cancel the order and go to the Mercedes Dealer and purchase the tradition way. Turns out I bought a much newer car with a factory warranty for a much better deal. Lesson learned! The only thing great about this experience was being able to experience the process of picking up the vehicle from the vending machine. I thought that was pretty cool. By the time I got home from my hour dri to experience the process of picking up the vehicle from the vending machine. I thought that was pretty cool. By the time I got home from my hour drive I had concerns that I brought to carvana’s attention. I decided to swap out the vehicle for another one. I was suppose to receive the vehicle in 3-4 days and ended up turning into 2 weeks due to additional repairs that needed to be made that were never disclosed. I finally get the vehicle and after a few days I notice that the brakes were not functioning properly. The car came with two keys and one ended up not working. They did nothing to fix this issue at all. The driver who dropped the car off just apologized and said she was unaware of it. Now after 3 weeks the car is saying that the coolant is low. After further finding this vehicle was inspected on December 17th, 2021. I did not receive the vehicle until Feb 4, 2022. The vehicle should’ve been reinspected prior to me receiving the vehicle and not from a old inspection from back in December. Now I’m stuck with a car that God knows what else other problems will arise. Customer service are very little to no help and just want to refer you to there third party warranty service through Silver Rock. This has been nothing but a major headache and nightmare. More
