One of the main reasons we went to pickup the car versus having it delivered was that we wanted to see the 'vending machine' in action. My 10 year was extremely excited. When we arrived, the staff member st having it delivered was that we wanted to see the 'vending machine' in action. My 10 year was extremely excited. When we arrived, the staff member started going over the paperwork and I asked when we could put the coin in and get the car. He flatly stated "It's broken it has been broken for a long time, your car is out back". Ok, so huge let down, but let's go see the car. The rims were covered in brake dust and the car was definitely not detailed in any meaningful way. Overall it was a disappointing experience, the staff was polite, but definitely not warm and friendly. We certainly will NOT be buying another car from Carvana. More

Well they delivered my car an hour late and told me that I need an oil change. That they didn't have time to get one and there wasn't a full tank of gas either. Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever! I purchased a Mercedes E350 and all was finalized and the car was scheduled to be delivered. I even called and was assured from a representative the car would be delivered on the date and time I was told due to the fact I was going out of town. This is when the nightmare begin. No one could give me an explanation of where the car was or why it couldn't be delivered. I spoke with 3 different representatives and was promised returned calls which I never got. They treated me like I was buying a $10 toaster that had been lost in shipping when it was actually a 33,000 purchase that I had already insured (which they required). I had to cancel the order and go to the Mercedes Dealer and purchase the tradition way. Turns out I bought a much newer car with a factory warranty for a much better deal. Lesson learned!
