I've never had such an easy experience trading up a car! I used the Carvana website for the entire process. The new (new to me) car arrived on time and in exactly the same condition listed on the site. My o I used the Carvana website for the entire process. Purchased a car on February 9, for delivery February 23. On February 22, I got a text saying the car was delayed and the delivery was March 3 but that I should look for a different car. I called to inquir On February 22, I got a text saying the car was delayed and the delivery was March 3 but that I should look for a different car. I called to inquire and was eventually told the transmission was blown and they cancelled the transaction. I had to reinsure my current car, return the loan to my bank and am still looking for a car. Had I not called, would they have delivered a 2020 car with a rebuilt transmission? Is this their business model? I would never trust them again. More
