Purchased a car on February 9, for delivery February 23. On February 22, I got a text saying the car was delayed and the delivery was March 3 but that I should look for a different car. I called to inquire and was eventually told the transmission was blown and they cancelled the transaction. I had to reinsure my current car, return the loan to my bank and am still looking for a car. Had I not called, would they have delivered a 2020 car with a rebuilt transmission? Is this their business model? I would never trust them again. More

I am giving Carvana 4 stars but our rep that delivered the car, Michelle, gets 5 stars! She was the best part of this experience. We had the car delivered as a surprise for our daughter and she coordinat the car, Michelle, gets 5 stars! She was the best part of this experience. We had the car delivered as a surprise for our daughter and she coordinated with us on the time to surprise her and showed up with balloons, a huge bow, card and gift! We did not expect any of that. Carvana gets 4 stars because they did not have the car ready when they said they would almost two weeks earlier. We had to wait another almost two weeks. But we do love the car and other than waiting on delivery, it was a good experience. More

The experience with paperwork, delivery, and customer service have all been great. However, how my vehicle passed not only state inspection but “Carvana super inspection” is pretty bizarre. For the time service have all been great. However, how my vehicle passed not only state inspection but “Carvana super inspection” is pretty bizarre. For the time I’ve had the vehicle it has mostly been in the shop getting the repairs that should’ve been spotted and completed before delivery. More
