I messaged in to see why they're $7,000 over market and their competitors on a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. The reasoning - a $150 in house 150 point inspection.. in WI all dealers are required to do this inspection lmao. EVERYWHERE is priced around $13,900-14,900 and KBB values it at $13,500.. Carvana is at $20,900 - please tell me you all can be bright enough to shop around. no delivery service should get an extra $7,000 for a used vehicle JUST because they have their own "experts" that can make up the pricing. such a joke. just like their "experts" appraised my 2022 Subaru almost $6,000 less than 3 dealerships. Seriously people, avoid carvana, pay the bogus $399 dealer fee. you'll probably save $1,000s on the vehicle you're buying and get $1,000s more on your trade. And you'll get to work with real ppl that don't just say everything is non-negotiable because our "experts" say what we offer is fair! More

They changed my delivery date for a second time the day before I was expecting it bc of snow?? But the day before there was no snow on the ground!! So again it was changed without me knowing, and again for the last time (4th time) my wife had gotten a car from Carvana and it was only a few hours late, reasonable but being 2 weeks late+ a few hours I won’t buy from Carvana again More
An extremely smooth and simple experience from beginning to end. I knew the car model I wanted to buy 9with a trade in) - to my pleasant surprise Carvana's offer on my existing car was $2K higher than the d to end. I needed a bit of help with a section of the website and so called the 800 number and the customer service rep was very helpful. It was one of the best phone experiences I have had with any kind of business, in fact. After that, the underwriting department person checked the financial side of things, and a few days later I spent 10 minutes with a notary public online to get the proper paperwork settled. On delivery day, the driver arrived on time, took my new car off the flatbed and told me to drive it around to make sure I liked it while he checked my trade in. By the time I got back a few minutes later, he already had my car on the truck, and after having me sign various papers (all of which he explained) he drove off, not 30 minutes after arriving. By far the smoothest car purchase (much less with a trade in involved!) that I have ever had. The only odd and funny part had to do with "Sebastian", their automated bot. While I was on hold with the CSR who was helping me with the website, I got a text where "Sebastian" introduced 'himself' and invited me to shop the 30K accident free cars in their inventory. I replied saying I already selected an Outback from the 8 or so I saw on their website, and 'he' replied "we have 1 Subaru Outback in stock". SO, Sebastian is a bit of a dummy, I guess. But that was an amusing side note - Carvana did an outstanding job. More
This is the seventh car I have ever bought and my first online car purchase and I gotta say this was by far the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever had. A few things really stand out to me in the process. First, no haggling or back and forth negotiations. Carvana offers competitive upfront pricing with no random side fees or funny business and that makes the entire process simple and pain free. Second, they handle all the paperwork and DMV stuff. I had no idea about this until the day my car was delivered but it was such a pleasant surprise, you guys should advertise this better because its pretty awesome. Third, the car arrived in PRISTINE condition. When looking at the photos of the cars on the website I thought some of them looked a little dirty and I thought I was going to have to spend several hours cleaning it up upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was detailed to perfection and completely spotless inside and out, looked brand new! I will definitely consider purchasing with Carvana again in the future. More

Cars with a delivery fee are not well marked like CarMax. Delivery fees, if applicable, we’re WAY more than CarMax. The delivery date was missed twice resulting in just over a week late. Once the car arrived the handoff was pretty quick and easy. Vehicle arrived with a dent and paint chip through to bare metal that clearly happened during the delivery process. Overall the car is fine. Price was competitive before the delivery fee got tacked on. But with the delays and damage, won’t be using carvana to buy my wife’s car. More
