Cars with a delivery fee are not well marked like CarMax. Delivery fees, if applicable, we’re WAY more than CarMax. The delivery date was missed twice resulting in just over a week late. Once the car arrived the handoff was pretty quick and easy. Vehicle arrived with a dent and paint chip through to bare metal that clearly happened during the delivery process. Overall the car is fine. Price was competitive before the delivery fee got tacked on. But with the delays and damage, won’t be using carvana to buy my wife’s car. More

This is not what I was expecting. I am highly disappointed. I immediately had problems with the vehicle that should have been checked in the 150 point inspection. An obvious bad battery, the Bluetooth did not work at all along with aux port and USB port, there were more paint chips and interior wear and tear AND rim imperfections then what was presented online! Also the dealer ship I took it too said there were signs of a wreck because of paint overspray and misplaced cameras on the bumper, on a car that car guaranteed no wrecks. The only reason I kept the car is because I cannot miss work. I will not recommend Carvana. More
