You got your best lawyer to respond but doesn’t change the fact that your trusted partner who does inspections on the car missed major issue in the car and you want me to contact the warranty company and they’re gonna refer me to your trusted partner again for Repair what a joke I talked to the warranty company once and I asked if I can take the car to be repaired at Mercedes dealer they said I have to pay $50 deductible plus the dealer has to get authorization from the warranty company before inspection or repair seriously ???you guys are crooks I’ve been buying cars long before you guys thought about establishing this business Carvana people be aware .
