This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. First car took a week to get, had so many mechanical issues that the mechanic stated the car should of not been sold off the lot. Exchanged the first car for another, that took three cancelled appointments(cancelled by carvana the morning of the appointment) and about a month to receive. The process has been so exhausting that I had to settle on a car that I hope holds up well for my family. I was told I would receive my refund in overpayment in 3- 5 days and when I reached out about it, I was told now it would be 55+ days. I was also told I would be given $250 for all the trouble getting the car after the seven day waiting period was up and I still haven’t received that. It’s just one thing after another that has been horrible. I will say, you can almost always reach someone at carvana and while it’s nice to be heard and talk to someone, people speak with expectations of change and nothing changed for the better. More
Worst experience ever! Helped my 92 yo grandma sell her car. They totally messed up the transaction were late made us wait over an hour to complete the sale and a week later the direct deposit of over $20k car. At every turn customer service was fantastic! I was worried at first, but the process was easy, customer service was EXTREMELY helpful. Website was difficult to work with. Would not accept drivers license, did not recognize my bank. Frustrated. If we all buy our cars on line, where will we ever get them serviced.
