This is the worst company ever. I would not ever use them again even if it was the last option. The worst customer service. Trying to buy a car from them and it was the worst idea ever. They have messed up delivery and kept delaying it for more and more everyday, leaving me without a car for more than a week. No cooperation from their side to work on fixing the issue quicker, every day it got more and more delayed. Local dealership will always be a better idea than going through this again. More

To many issues. This would actually be a review of 2 transactions. First vehicle had to be returned because I had 3 flats and a message that said "Terminal transmission failure". It bothered me that no transactions. First vehicle had to be returned because I had 3 flats and a message that said "Terminal transmission failure". It bothered me that no one cared, all they said was " that's why we have a 7 day return policy". Well it's a lot of wasted time and work returning a vehicle. I gave them a second try and I like this vehicle, however, my trade in date online said it expired Nov 22nd. When I went to purchase the vehicle they told me it was expired. I pointed out the date I see on line. The customer service people were snarky and disappointing, all they kept saying is "a ticket has been entered for this issue". I don't know what that means? It means nothing to me. They had to cancel my appointment and I had to take another day off work. None of this was my mistake, but they made it my problem. The only help I got was from the lady Karen that did the underwriting, she was great. I cannot recommend this company. You are much better off talking to someone face to face. Carvana has to fix their customer service issue. Nothing got done or fixed on the first vehicle, nothing got done or fixed on the current vehicle until I talked with the underwriter. Carvana is by no means painless. More
