The delivery went smooth on 11-9. The driver informed me of both the 7 day and 100 day warranties. He also showed us the basic operating procedures of the car. When I took it for al longer ride the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. I called Carvana on 11-10 to inform of the issues. They told me to find a place. I did Pierre's Place. It took until 11-16 to get an appointment. The issue: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT - the spark plugs and ignition coils were not replaced at 50,000 miles(car has 66,000) causing one of the cylinders to misfunction causing the sensor to trip. The air filter and cabin filter also need to be replaced. A new door latch is needed for the driver side. Total estimate $568.00, not including replacing door latch. I was led to believe there was a 150 point inspection before I purchased, I guess the above is not included in the inspection. More

I was waiting for both (now 11 days out) and neither have arrived, so I’m dealing with Silver Rock to go out and get the bracket installed. (Since their vendor that was supposed to come to me is not responding to their inquiries.) they sent PepBoys locations info. One does not answer their phone. The next does not carry the bracket, and suggested I call yet another location. I am going there today and hope they will get this done. Rather inconvenient and annoying. Carvana gets great marks. Silver Rick is disappointing. More

Worst customer service ever. No one will talk to you. Ordered a $50,000 car a few weeks back with a promised delivery date of today. It was a no show. EVEN after receiving an email yesterday telling me "good news, your car is on its way". Four (4) hours before delivery I get a voice mail saying its not coming today due to "unexpected delays". They said I should pick the "next available day" in their schedule which is now 8 days later!!!!! Give me a break. They've just put me back in the "new buyer" delivery que and make no effort to make it right. The really sad part is, it's just 4 hours away and has been for the last 2 weeks. JUST SAY NO TO CARVANA. Impossible to get a human to help. More
The car buying process at Carvana is top notch. Far exceeds the old days of haggling with a dealership. They honored the 7 day return policy when I was dissatisfied with my first vehicle.
