Upon pick up the car interior was dirty, spots all over the leather seats. But they did clean it upon our request so that was a plus. On day 9 of keeping the car, check engine light comes on, day 10 eyesight stops working, several other electrical issues and lights coming on, stopped by car care shop, throwing all kinds of codes. We just cannot get over on day 9 all of these problems start happening. All I get is a link to a website to file a claim that I have to pay a deductible on. But that's just my story and I'm sure it won't make it onto their reviews. More

The buying process was easy, I had so many issues thereafter though. First there was an issue with my paperwork that said on my end that it was signed and that there wouldn’t be a problem with my del thereafter though. First there was an issue with my paperwork that said on my end that it was signed and that there wouldn’t be a problem with my delivery, then they came back to me and said after I’ve had the car for over a week that the vehicle was never delivered, so not only did that effect everything, it caused an even bigger headache because my payment date got changed AND they restarted the 7 days. I had the vehicle for over 14 days before they even started anything else. Also, when my vehicle was distributed to me I received a faulty license plate, I’ve been pulled over a total of 6 times, if I’m pulled over again then I will receive a citation. They finally did my registration after over 14 days, and I’m still upset with everything that has happened to me. For a company that has advertised as “the easiest car buying experience” it sure was anything but easy for me. More

Overall, my Carvana experience was pretty breezy in regards to the car buying experience. Kayleigh who dropped of my vehicle was super kind and vehicle was dropped off right to my apartment. She was super helpful and answered all my questions! My car was delayed once, and they let me know 24 hours before my appointment but I did have make some arrangements with my work to accommodate the change but it was nothing major. I called to confirm my next appointment and everything was delivered on time and the car was nice and clean! The only other thing was there was one minor paint deficiency on the front hood that was not mentioned in the pictures, but it's very minor and not something I would want to return the car over. I would definitely recommend the Carvana process to a friend. More
