At first I was a little sceptical of buying a car online, preferring to check them out in person first. However, Carvana’s inspection process and the 7 day free return period really put my mind at ease so I preferring to check them out in person first. However, Carvana’s inspection process and the 7 day free return period really put my mind at ease so I gave it a shot. On the day the delivery was scheduled everything went smoothly, Bruce the driver kept me up to date with some weather related delays and showed up with my new car on the truck and unloaded, ran through some paperwork, answered all my questions. He was super friendly and really made the whole experience a pleasure. I’d shop with Carvana again just because of his great service. The new car is going beautifully several weeks later and I’m so glad I chose Carvana over going to a local car dealer. Everything done from the comfort of home! More

As far as the purchasing process goes I would give Carvana a 5 STAR rating. The buying and signing was awesome and super easy. The day the car arrived the Carvana employees who brought me the car were Carvana a 5 STAR rating. The buying and signing was awesome and super easy. The day the car arrived the Carvana employees who brought me the car were excellent, super friendly, and very helpful. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned like what you would see on a car lot. There was dog hair and other debris left on the interior which wasn’t necessarily hard to get off but not what you want when you get a new car. There was a Hot Pocket wrapper in the back seat pocket?? Weird. A lot of the interior was not cleaned or even wiped down. Sticky red something was on the sunglasses holder and was super obvious so I don’t know how a cleaner could miss it unless they just didn’t care. The truck are wasn’t wiped down either, super dusty. When showing the Hot Spots on the vehicle you left out a TON of imperfections. I understand it is a used car but I feel like the bigger imperfections were not shown as hot spots and the small imperfections were. Overall I love the car and the people were exceptionally friendly. My experience overall was great. Found the car we wanted and it was a pretty easy process. My complaint would be the delays in delivery and a lack of transparency on why the delays were happening and no ass and it was a pretty easy process. My complaint would be the delays in delivery and a lack of transparency on why the delays were happening and no assurance that the delays would stop. Delivery was delayed twice and my wife and I had to rearrange childcare and work commitments. I reached out to customer service and was basically told that delays happen and they can't guarantee that it won't happen again. So, if it had been delayed again I would have cancelled my order. I just received a text yesterday saying there may be delays in registering my car. Isn't registering just them doing the paperwork? It feels like Carvana is overwhelmed and unable to deliver the product that they are known for and advertising. I get it, but maybe set more realistic expectations, a bit more transparency and personal check-ins when things go wrong. That being said every human I interacted with was very friendly and respectful. We used financing from our bank and that was a really smooth process with Carvana. The car was exactly what what we expected and arrived clean and full of gas. I would recommend buying a car this way to my friends with the caveat of my frustrations with delayed delivery and now registration. More
I initially had a good experience selling my car to them, so I decided to try and buy from them. I selected a car, provided CT driver's license, registered it in CT and bought CT insurance for it. At the end so I decided to try and buy from them. I selected a car, provided CT driver's license, registered it in CT and bought CT insurance for it. At the end of the process, they asked where I would like it delivered on a certain date. I was going to be in NY that day so picked a NY address. I signed all the contracts and paperwork. Days later, I was told that I needed to fill out some NY DMV paperwork. I reached out to Carvana asking if the vehicle was registered in CT, why would I have to fill out NY DMV paperwork. They had no answer but assured me they'd get back to me. 11 days later, 1 week before scheduled delivery, they send me a reminder about the NY paperwork so I reached out again, reminding them that they failed to get back to me. I spent 3 HOURS on the phone waiting for an answer. Even the woman on the phone was frustrated with her managers who had no answer for hours. They finally admitted they made a mistake and that all cars delivered to NY needed to be registered in NY and they "missed that". I gave them a nearby CT address to deliver to instead, 10 miles away. They said they cannot deliver that car to CT now, only NY and only at a new date where I will not be around, a couple of days before my current car lease ends, which means I will not have a week to look over the car. They offered me nothing for all this trouble, not even an apology. I have lost the time available to me to find another vehicle. I'm out the money I've been paying to insure a car I do not have. My credit was lowered by their credit inquiry. Even a slimy used car dealership is better than this. More
Don't do it!!! Worst auto purchase experience of my life. Carvana failed to pay off the loan on my trade-in. I had to threaten to report my trade-in as stolen to the police. It was finally paid off life. Carvana failed to pay off the loan on my trade-in. I had to threaten to report my trade-in as stolen to the police. It was finally paid off a month later. They mailed my vehicle registration to the wrong address. I received my registration and tag 20 days after my temporary tag expired. At that point, I had to get my car inspected for state emissions and safety. There were a lot of problems and it couldn't pass the inspection. Carvana and the warrant company wouldn't pay for the repairs necessary to make my Jeep legally drivable. I requested to speak to a manager several times and was told someone would contact me within 48 to 72 hours. I was contacted by a manager one time during my work hours and I couldn't get to the phone and his and was not ever able to speak to a manager again. BEWARE More
scam scam scam. I was in the process of purchasing a 2020 ram with less than 20k miles on it when I noticed that carfax could not find a window sticker. I then ran the vin on several popular sites and they c ram with less than 20k miles on it when I noticed that carfax could not find a window sticker. I then ran the vin on several popular sites and they could not locate the vehicle. I called Chrysler and they could not locate the vin meaning if I went to a dealer for service, my warranty would be void. I called carfax and they agreed that it was strange and I dropped out of the buying process. I would have thought they would contact Chrysler to get things sorted out but no, they removed my hold and it was immediately put back up for sale. Scam # 2. I was looking at a Kia for my wife and the ad said 12, 000 miles. I looked at the carfax and it said 48,000 miles. I called carvana and they said carfax was correct and it had 48k. Did they change the ad, nope!!! Shady things going on there More
