I did contact customer service at least 25 times during this short period of time in which I purchased my vehicle. I was given a final determination of "No, we are not paying for the repairs needed for your car to successfully pass a state inspection. " I was told that I was outside of the 45 day window. I also purchased an additional 60 month warranty. I have asked for a call back from a manager several times. I am a Special Education teacher and any call that I have received had inconiently happened while I am teaching students and I am not able to answer. I am deeply disappointed in the service that I have received every step of the way after my vehicle was delivered.
