I still have not received the vehicle or any updates. I have not been told if the keys were found, if there is actually damage, etc. if I look at the website now, it says it can be delivered by 11/21. Customer service still says it can come no sooner than 11/27. I need my vehicle as my other is gone, and there was almost no notice (1 day) that my delivery date could not be met. I need the vehicle delivered prior to 11/27 as I drive an hour each way to work and have no alternate transportation.

Thank you for your response. The main issue was the wrong car was brought to me. I’m not sure how that even happens. What if i would have kept the car that wasn’t mine?! On top of that the guy was driving that car and then when he brought the correct car he drove that one to and then Ubered back. Why wasn’t it on the white flatbed Carvana truck?I still can’t believe all of this happened. It was the most bizarre and unprofessional experience.
