Dealing with Carvana has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a vehicle through them, completed financing / purchase contract, etc. I received an email one day prior to the scheduled delivery, and they p bought a vehicle through them, completed financing / purchase contract, etc. I received an email one day prior to the scheduled delivery, and they pushed my delivery back 3 weeks! This email requested I sign a new contract with the later delivery date. I already sold my previous vehicle due to (foolishly) believing their claim of having an easy process with scheduled delivery. Customer service told me they lost the keys (there is literally a photo showing both keys in their ad). The customer service agent was nice enough, but when I spoke to her the following day she said a passenger mirror was damaged as well, and she had no authority to help me speed this process up and there was no one above her I could refer to for further assistance. The customer service department is clearly people working from home with no affiliation to the actual company. They are unable to resolve any issues, and no one cares to even try to help! More

The exterior of the car was really dirty due to out-of-state transport. It made it hard to inspect the condition because we couldn't tell what was grime or bug goop and what was a scratch until I grabbed my window cleaner! Since we have a Carvana locally, would have been great to have it washed before delivery. 2. There were additional dings and paint chips that were not depicted on the listing. I know it is a used car, but they were major enough they should've been documented. BUT, Carvana has been great getting those dings/chips address post-delivery. Still waiting to get them fixed, but they were very proactive in helping! We would definitely buy from Carvana again. More
So I got my Ford Ecosport 4WD today as scheduled. It was in better condition than even what it showed on the website. (Was not perfect, and the delivery driver was awesome and took down the info on the issu in better condition than even what it showed on the website. (Was not perfect, and the delivery driver was awesome and took down the info on the issues were not listed in hotspots or imperfections and said I should be able to get them fixed with the warranty) For now I am happy with how everything went. If it changes, I will update my review. More
My vehicle was delivered with damage down the right side. I was told to contact SilverRock and they would provide a repair facility. I am very pleased with my purchase and how easy this was. I have had the car for about 10 days and have ZERO complaints. The online process was easy but omg the delivery was xxxx. My car was supposed to be delivered at 12pm. The guy shows up at 1:30, driving the car.. it wasn’t on their flatbed truck. Also, he brought the wrong car…it was not the one I bought. So he had to take it back, came back around 3:30 with the car I bought, again he drove it.. then stood in my yard waiting for an Uber. I am a first time buyer from Carvana. I am floored. I bought a very expensive car and to have to deal with this was unreal. Also online they quoted me $10,400 for my car that I was selling. I said no and ended up getting $14,500 from a dealership. That price they offered me was ridiculous. This experience just sucked. At least I finally got my car and I do like it so far. I am having a mechanic check it out because I do not trust carvana anymore. So sloppy and unprofessional. Even the inside and outside of the car wasn’t clean. Outraged. More
