Definitely easier than I thought. Ran into a couple of delays which were worked out. Also, thought the car would have been detailed prior to delivery; fortunately, I was provided compensation to cover the delays which were worked out. Bought my very first car with Carvana early August. Checked it out and everything looked great. 3 weeks later on August 25th the transmission died. Car is still in the shop today, November 6th, and was Checked it out and everything looked great. 3 weeks later on August 25th the transmission died. Car is still in the shop today, November 6th, and was told this week that there is basically no chance that it will be fixed by Christmas due to back-order on the part needed. I got this car to get to my internship while finishing my degree, so this screwed me over big time. I've made calls to them and insurer for help and options but was basically told "too bad kid thanks for the cash". Now I am a financial slave to Carvana, I pay them every month then try to remember what my car even looks like, a real dream come true! Sarcasm aside and to be fair, everything else during the process with them was actually really good though, delivery and service before this nightmare started were great, but not great enough to make up for how much this has crippled me. More
