This is my second time purchasing a car with Carvana. The first experience was great this one was decent. My biggest complaint is they sold me a car needing an oil change. This is very minimal but I don't expect to drop 115.00 dollars for an oil change 7 days after buying a new car. Also, little embarrassing because I didn't think that was something I needed to check. I don't think this would happen at a normal dealership so that's probably where my next car purchase will be. More
They car was delayed 3 times before arriving due to various reasons non which where mine. But customer service was very nice and accommodating and I love the car. If I had financed through Carvana, I probably would have rated it a 5, but financing through a third party was a disaster. The representatives that I spoke with did not understand how to take a "letter of rated it a 5, but financing through a third party was a disaster. The representatives that I spoke with did not understand how to take a "letter of credit" from a bank (statement that you have a loan). After MANY phone calls, I thought they understood and 5 days after I had my car, they called me and said it is not paid for. Spent another 2 hours on and off the phone dealing with the car they gave me without supposedly being paid for. The person at the dealership said I was good to go. When you have issues and call back, you can not go to a certain department, you have to wait on hold forever, then be transferred, then be on hold again for that department. Each time, it took an average of 15 minutes of being on hold to get to the person I needed. Then they always had to call me back because they did not know how to use a letter of credit from the bank. I gave the dealership a personal check for the down payment and he took a picture. No one can tell me where that went. I had to use my debit card over the phone for the down payment. The representatives were always nice and friendly, just didn't have the answers. The car itself is great. More
Great experience. The employees were super nice and very excited for me to get my new car. The only fault was they were still putting my car into the vending machine when I got there, so I saw it before the excited for me to get my new car. The only fault was they were still putting my car into the vending machine when I got there, so I saw it before the big reveal (kinda like seeing your Christmas gift before it's wrapped, then having to fake the surprise of opening it). However, the process was super smooth and super quick, with no dealership/salesy pressure. Would recommend anyone to buy from Carvana. More
I purchased a Mini Copper from Carvana, less than 24 hours before delivery to my home I received a call asking if I would accept the vehicle with two warning lights. The cost of repair would be $1000. C hours before delivery to my home I received a call asking if I would accept the vehicle with two warning lights. The cost of repair would be $1000. Carvana would not have a Mini dealer do the repairs. I refused the vehicle and Carvana representative state it would red flag the vehicle and wholesale it out. That evening it was back on Carvana web site for sale for the next victim! More

This is my second Carvana purchase. The first one went smooth but the current one did not. Upon receiving the vehicle, I notice the exhaust system was modified by the previous owner and did not meet the s smooth but the current one did not. Upon receiving the vehicle, I notice the exhaust system was modified by the previous owner and did not meet the state or federal standards for exhaust. This making the vehicle illegal to drive. I highly question the reliability of Carvana’s multiple point inspections since they missed that the vehicle was missing main muffler components. It makes me question what else could have been missed or if it was even inspected at all. It took an additional week to get the repair made via SilverRock and as a customer I had to do all the leg work to get the issue resolved even though it was Carvana’s mistake. More
