The one star in customer service is due to the chaos that ensued once I purchased the car, due to issues with car registration in Nevada. It has nothing to do with the people I spoke to. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. It's the company. It's the lack of care for their customer and the product they are selling to the customer that I have issues with. Edit: When spending thousands of dollars on a product I expect it to be useful. Thanks for nothing.
