I was blown away by the customer service and the car I was able to purchase! Super easy process and overall I am very pleased with my decision to go with Carvanna. Although, My car was not fully detailed and there was some sand in the back and lots of crumbs around along with a BK pepper packet. Additionally, my windshield wipers were super loud. When I took the car to get an inspection, they noted that the wipers were not the right kind for the model of my car and required me to get them replaced in order for it to pass since they were bending the arms. Once I got them replaced, they were significantly more quiet! More
Firstly the car took an extra week to arrive because you needed some paperwork from me, but no one from carvana reached out to request it until the day and time of delivery. Then when I got the car it was needed some paperwork from me, but no one from carvana reached out to request it until the day and time of delivery. Then when I got the car it was filthy and had damages not reported or shown in the pictures. If I had more time, I wouldn't have accepted it. The man who dropped the car off said you'd fix everything and pay for a detail and yet I'm still waiting for the detail over 2 weeks later. Would never reccomend. More

I had the car delivered to my house in Savannah, GA. It was a great experience! The rep, Alex, was kind and patient and let us take our time. I may never go by a car from a dealership again. It was comfort was a great experience! The rep, Alex, was kind and patient and let us take our time. I may never go by a car from a dealership again. It was comforting to know I didn't have to return it immediately, I could drive it for 7 days and swap it out if it did not work out. I have a VW Tiguan and it is wonderful. I just traded in my two door Jeep rubicon for a four door Mazda6 that’s more family friendly. Until I can afford my brand new 4 door Rubicon. But carvana offered a good $3K more than the dealerships for trad Mazda6 that’s more family friendly. Until I can afford my brand new 4 door Rubicon. But carvana offered a good $3K more than the dealerships for trade in or sell. Their vehicles are also very fairly priced and that 7 day return is nice assurance for your purchase. Overall, a very good experience with Carvana. Highly recommend them be one of your first stops when looking to trade in, buy, or sell. More
We bought from Carvana last year and had a great experience. This time was just the opposite. This second vehicle was a graduation present for my son. After repeated delays in shipping the vehicle I experience. This time was just the opposite. This second vehicle was a graduation present for my son. After repeated delays in shipping the vehicle I was told that I would be cut a check for the inconvenience and to help with the cost of the insurance on a car I didn’t have possession of. It hasn’t happened. Communication was minimal and even when we finally did get to pick the car up, we came for our appointment and the car had to be loaded into the vending machine after we got there. Why load it at all at that point? I’m excited to see how delayed our tag will be at this point. I’m not impressed and most likely won’t buy again from Carvana. More
