The purchase and delivery process was straightforward and efficient. Paul reviewed all the paperwork with me and pointed out cosmetic damage that he saw was not previously documented and the missing second k efficient. He was also very responsive when additional cosmetic damage was found. We are currently working on the repair claim with SilverRock with the deductible waived so hopefully that will go smoothly. Also, the car was delivered dirty and the interior not detailed at all but the car is performing well! More

I have never left a bad review in 46 years of my life. But this is my first, Bridgecrest/Carvana, are by far the worst companies I have ever had to work with. I wish I could give the car back as I can def But this is my first, Bridgecrest/Carvana, are by far the worst companies I have ever had to work with. I wish I could give the car back as I can def go anywhere to buy a vehicle. I have called numerous times now to get my payment date changed, as Carvana sucks, and did not deliver my car for over three weeks, after it was supposed to be delivered...Mind you, no one called me to tell that the car was going to be late the first time it was set to deliver. I called and was told oops sorry we didn’t call you here is the new date of delivery. I was calm at this time. The new date of delivery comes around and I get a call later in the day, that the car is still not on a truck because supposedly the delivery truck that was to pick it up was in an accident, even though I was told the car was on a truck and on its way. Finally, car is delivered 3 weeks late. I spoke with the representative at Carvana and she stated 1) the payment would be 30 days out from delivery instead of due less than a week after it was finally delivered, and 2) they would waive the delivery charge of 600.00. But neither was true nor done. I have been harassed, my phone rings off the hook now by Bridgecrest about payments being due even though I have paid it every time it should have been due by the 22nd of the month. I called three times now to get the payment date corrected. The first time, I called they said they submitted the request, apparently it was declined...but no one called me to let me know this. 2nd time, I spent two days off and on talking to a representative who promised me this time they got it changed. So come the next month and I sign on to make my payment and once again...late fees are charged. So now, 3rd time I call in, the lady is rude as I explain that I have had it at this point. She states that the request expired as I needed to call back in 72 hours to have them send out disclosures of which I was never told. I asked what it is I need to do since obviously this company is not going to do their part, and I have made all my payments including now late fees. She said call back next Thursday and check to see if disclosure are done. This is absolutely not okay, and I work with customers all the time and cannot even imagine operating a company this way. Obviously, us customers are just a number to them and not important and it’s the worst type of business ever. I am going to look into refinancing or what I can do to get out of this company. More
Do not believe anything they say. They promised twice to send me a check for $500 to compensate for missing features that my car was supposed to have. I am done hearing excuses and false promises. I am looking into other courses of action. More
Car was delivered with two mechanical issues (one had the indicator light on!!) and I was expected to pay a deductible to fix. The deductible was waived after six phone calls. Carvana made my life much easier. My demanding jobs leaves little time for me to do things. The only complaint that I has was that the car was not detailed and was dirty upon arrival.
