Thank you for the response. I have been in constant contact with carvana and silver rock. They are wanting me to take my van to maaco to get the issues addressed, but maaco wants to keep my van for at least 5 days to finish the work. I am told there is a $40/day rental reimbursement but in order to get a rental equivalent to the size of my van would cost me $142.50 per day with enterprise. That is not something i can afford which is very frustrating. I was sold a car with these defects and i cant even afford to get them fixed because i cant go 5 days without a car. I need to be able to take my kids to school and appointments. I cant even get a compact or economy car for $40/ day even though that would not be sufficient for my family anyway. So, even though the claim has now been approved, i still cannot get the van fixed to the condition i was promised when i bought it.
