Carvana was very easy to use and the whole process was pretty worry-free. I got a reasonable trade-in for my old car and they took it off my hands when delivering my new Jeep. I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX3 Touring. I also traded in my vehicle I bought from Carvana back in 2017. The ease and comfort to do both a sale and trade in was effortless. The whole car pick-up experience was super easy. The only bad part was getting a van with zero problems on the carfax and then finding out on the 7th day that the whole passenger side rear panel and part of bad part was getting a van with zero problems on the carfax and then finding out on the 7th day that the whole passenger side rear panel and part of the back has been repainted and it's a slightly different color. Which means we paid 30,000 for a car that has in fact been damaged and badly repainted, which was not disclosed on the car description. Also, the brakes are super bumpy but silver rock (Carvana's insurance) denied the claim to get them replaced even though they are at 4mm and super bumpy when we stop. They also denied a claim to replace front Dorman seals that are curled and sticking up by the windshield. Everything seems really easy until you actually get the car and have to run around to different repair and body shops getting everything checked out and then told they denied the claims. Disappointing to say the least. More
