I bought a truck from Carvana late June. The truck passed all of the "checks", but it arrived to me with broken air conditioning, worn out tires, and more dings and scratches than were documented on their we all of the "checks", but it arrived to me with broken air conditioning, worn out tires, and more dings and scratches than were documented on their website. In order to repair the truck, they insisted that I needed to bring it to one of their authorized facilities. These so called authorized facilities point blank told me they are not knowledgeable on repairing AC systems, so I took it to a Chevrolet dealership where I incurred diagnostic costs. I have been fighting with Carvana for weeks to get refunded for the diagnostic cost... I literally had the truck for less than a week before it needed repairs. Each time I speak with someone at Carvana it's a different story. "Oh, the finance operations team is backlogged months... your refund was approved" I checked in today and was told it was rejected because there was no receipts included. I uploaded everything when I asked for them to refund the cost. Now someone is telling me they were given verbal confirmation the refund was approved, to allow 15-20 days for the check... it does not take that long to mail something out. Completely ridiculous. I have no energy left to fight about anything else. If I had the chance to do this over again, I would NOT have purchased any vehicle through Carvana. More

I recently ordered Jeep Compass on Carvana. My car pickup was rescheduled 3 times but it’s not the whole story. On first rescheduled pickup I discovered that car was dirty inside, really dirty (photos wit was rescheduled 3 times but it’s not the whole story. I told them that it’s not enough to pay for the car cleaning. Then they told me that they will pay for everything, that they will send it to a cleaning company and after that I can take this car back. So after two weeks later pickup was… rescheduled again! No wonder. Anyway today (a few days after) was an appointment and I was able to check the car again. I waited for an hour because they had technical issues with garage door opening. And can you imagine? They didn’t clean anything. It looks like car was there inside of the garage all the time. So why it was rescheduled? I have no idea. But it’s not the end. New scratches on the car appeared. As a conclusion I lost nearly $120 on insurance because whole process took longer than month. But money isn’t a problem. The problem is time. All the messages, all appointments and etc took a lot of time in total. And for what? For hearing from their representative that she is not responsible for it? So who is? I was really surprised that I had not just the one problem with Carvana but many of them. They have a huge problem with logistics and I can’t understand why. Their advocate even didn’t know that this car was supposed to be cleaned. There is a feeling like they don’t have good managers that control quality of their services. More

Very professional staff. We were kept updated on the status of our purchase. When we arrived to pickup our car it took only a manner of minutes to complete the purchase and retrieve our car. The car was rescheduled twice before delivery, having me wait 12 days from when I first bought it. It arrived with a key missing and the inside smelling like smoke. The person who delivered the car was nice and sent in tickets, still waiting to see how that will get resolved. I took the car to Mazda dealership and fortunately they told me the car was in good conditions, so I kept it. Honestly the only reason. But the experience was not good. I won’t by through Carvana again and I’ll tell all my friends to not do it either. More
