I was in the market for a bigger truck for my RV. Well I decided to take the plunge since the market was on fire. Not only did I find the exact truck I wanted but they offered an amazing deal on my trade in, over $4000 more than any other place I shopped at. I can tell one thing for sure. I will NEVER be back to a traditional Dealership again. From start to finish this customer service was out of this world. Other companies could learn a lot just from the level of Customer Service. The delivery was just as amazing. They kept you informed all the way through the process. I can not recommend Carvana enough... More
The car was good, but I was dissapointed to Carvana, because several car features were disabled. I used the warranty Carvana offered and the service (repairsmith) found the problem and the insurance (si because several car features were disabled. I used the warranty Carvana offered and the service (repairsmith) found the problem and the insurance (silverrock) agrred to take the car to a Subaru dealer to have these features fixed. But, I'd have preferred, Carvana fixed this issue in advanced. In that case, my evaluation would have been much much better More
Not impressed. Bought at Tesla M3, car had issues missed on carvana's inspection. Car stank really bad when AC was turned on. Car was dropped off on a sunday evening 630pm, we drove the car around the block on carvana's inspection. Car stank really bad when AC was turned on. Car was dropped off on a sunday evening 630pm, we drove the car around the block and it seemed fine. Next morning, we couldn't stand to sit in the car due to smell. Issue #2, when we test drove the car we didnt go about 60mph. Whebn we finally drove the car on the freewat we found it had a horrible shake that made the car undrivable on the interstate. Front tire were bad. Issue #3 Car Locked. The Tesla was still locked to the previous owner, as far as the car was concerned I wasnt the owner. it was locked in chill mode, and also had a speed limit lock. took me 2 days with telse sending in car registration so I could get the previous owner off the app and I could take control of car. Called carvana about the locked app issue, they had no clue what to do about it. I had to contact telsa myself and work out how to get the car unlocked. I also ended up paying $827 out of my pocket to get the front tired changed and ac cleaned out since those 2 issues made the car undrivable to my work. Carvana charged over $42000 for a 2018 Model 3. (2021 brand new is 35000) Carvana suggesting me to call warranty for the tires and ac issues, however each time I called silver rock I spent hours on hold and eventually gave up. obviously i guess if i can afford a 40000+ car, I can afford a couple tires. SO I will end up eating the $827 just cause I don't have time to spend all week on the phone with caravana, tesla, and silver rock and the tesla service center. Issue # 4, not one person from carvana called or contacted me during the "trial" week to see how things were going. I had traded in my BMW for the Tesla and much regret trading the car in. My bmw was keeped in top shape. The car I received was less than perfect. Oh and issue #5, we found the front bumper has been repainted, as the paint clearly doesn't match, however the car doesn't list any accidents of the carfax so idk. I suggest if you want to buy a tesla, and if you are able, to, purchase directly from telsa. Tesla offers much better service. More

Overall I was pleased with how Carvana handled the trade-in and purchase. There were some bumps along the way including multiple requests for the same info. from different employees, delays in providi trade-in and purchase. I would suggest that one person be assigned to handle all transactions and walk the buyer through the total process. Numerous duplications, misplaced emails, etc. made for an uneven ride. More
I drove to pick up my car and the car wasn’t there and i didn’t get a notice until i drove 2 hours away and had to do it again the next week because if the cracked windshield and it was still cracked. Now the car just stopped driving on the highway and no one from roadside assistance would pick up. Me and my family were stranded for 8 hours 2 hours from home and had to Uber back after paying $600 to get the car back home. This has by far been the worst experience I’ve had and honestly would go with another dealer if given the chance. More
I dread buying a new car until I found the Carvana website and began studying it. My wife and I narrowed our purchase to 3 or 4 then finally picked the Jeep Renegade. The delivery person Devin Mitchell from Muscogee County, GA. was pleasant and knowledgeable. Your financing program was easily navigated and easily set up. We are waiting for the registration, hopefully that goes as smooth as everything else. More
This is my third vehicle with Carvana. They are so easy to work with. This vehicle is a 2018 Chevy Volt for my daughter.
