Yes I have been in contact with a person. and that person was no more helpful than you are. I was offered a $100 check to pay for a detailing to take care of the smell, which I got news for you, a detail is about $250, for a tesla its about $450. So that $100 really doesn't help. I was offered to file a warranty claim. After 3 calls to silver rock I gave up. Excessive hold times. I guess putting people on hold for 2 hours is a great way to keep the claims down. And as for as your 150 point inspection goes- it must of been done by a untrained 18 year new hire. I think Stevie Wonder would have been a better pick for doing the 150 point inspection. I'm stuck with and kept the car because I have to go to work. I need transportation. I don't have time to mess with your xx. End of story. Buyer Beware.
