So I sold my 2016 Santa Fe to Carvana . the price was reasonable. I was very satisfied as my vehicle was in excellent condition with low mileage, I then purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion also reasonable price reasonable. I was very satisfied as my vehicle was in excellent condition with low mileage, I then purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion also reasonable priced. This transaction went through very efficiently as well as the transfer. I did not do well with the Fusion and decided to return it before the seven days. I choose another Santa Fe a 2020, no problem. However when the time came for my down payment to be transferred to the new car ,it became a nightmare. I spoke with at least 10 different agents . got at least 6 different emails to the effect that my money was not received by Carvana or that their system has a problem in crediting it to my account. All this is happening while I have the Fusion parked at my home.. In the end I got my Santa Fe and is very happy. One suggestion to Carvana, it would be nice to have one sales person from start to finish , as I spoke to at least 10 different agents and each one gave me a different and confusing answer to my queries. In all buying a car this way is less stressful than going to a car dealer. Carvana made sure that the little details were dealt with> I would certainly recommend buying a car from the comfort of home. More

Very Unhappy!!! Failed 4 times for delivery schedules. Had to get something i hate. Because they kept jacking up my interest rate.. I didnt dare look for something else because rate would keep going up. Had to get something i hate. Because they kept jacking up my interest rate.. Very easy. Excepting one minor thing. In order to handle registering the vehicle in mass where I live an RTA form must be filled in. This is supplied by carvana, but my insurance company, liberty mutual pro registering the vehicle in mass where I live an RTA form must be filled in. This is supplied by carvana, but my insurance company, liberty mutual provides these also and has no way to stamp/certify one created by carvana. The liberty mutual one was used, but at one point I got a call from carvana about the RTA form needing to be corrected to fully spell out "HONDA", because the RTA form from liberty mutual had only "HOND". When I called liberty mutual, due to their automated systems, they have no way of fixing this. I relayed this info to carvana and had to say that this was not fixable and it would be a shame for this deal to come apart over one letter "A" on that form. Everything else was hassle free. People on phone were very helpful, and the people who delivered the vehicle, and swapped it for me, Jen, and Rich, were great. So a bit of excess time on phone calls. That's all. More
At first some minor confusion with Carvana accepting my checks from my financial institution. Which resulted in cancellation of my delivery. The price for the vehicle was considered on the high end. We love our vehicle and all in all in the end the process is much smoother than going to a dealership. It’s exciting having a vehicle delivered to your front door. It’s also exciting going through their website and choosing the vehicle that is best for you while selecting all the desired options. The registration and taxes and tags are included so there was no need to go to the DMV. Upon delivery they handed me a print out of the car fax. Since delivery of the vehicle their communication has been excellent. Oh I see more business with Carvana in our future. More
