Love my vehicle. Everyone at Carvana has been well spoken and professional. The trade and transfer registration process needs to be outlined in a black and white, step by step process for each state. My Car was not prepared like carvana claims they prepare cars I’m currently waiting for a check to get a car detailed as well as some major repairs to the vehicle (rims are bent, ac needed recharge, intake cars I’m currently waiting for a check to get a car detailed as well as some major repairs to the vehicle (rims are bent, ac needed recharge, intake and air filters were not changed and dirty brake fluid needed to be changed and the battery terminals had severe acid erosion this all should have been addressed in their claimed 150 point inspection, buyer beware More

The process was fairly easy. However not having someone to speak with on the phone is a huge drawback. Sabastian is really not a good communication experience. Neither is communicating via text. It had dirt and dried soap everywhere. Front tires have very little tread. The 150 point inspection should have addressed this. Nobody wants to buy tires right after buying a car. The only reason i am giving a recommendation for this particular dealership is because the guy that helped us lives in our neighborhood. More
This was my first experience with Carvana and it definitely is a change to the way I've bought cars in the past. Without a visit to an actual dealership with the ability to walk around a car, get in definitely is a change to the way I've bought cars in the past. But in the end this is kind of like the switch from buying clothes in person to buying online... it takes an adjustment but I came around. There are plenty of photos and the 7-day guarantee is a great safety net. And in the end - I truly enjoy NOT having to go to a dealership and face the hard sell. I also ended up - for various reasons - calling into the Carvana dial-in number about 6 times. I was genuinely impressed with all of the people that answered the phone. They were all well versed on any topic I brought up... and all very pleasant and easy to work with. I'd rate their customer service w/ 5 stars. In the end - we got a great car, a very good price... and I'd happily use the service again whenever I am ready to buy something else. More

So far everything has worked out very well and I'm very pleasantly surprised. Nice selection of vehicles, the website is easy to use and everything has been seamless thus far re tags, title, etc. I have pleasantly surprised.
