I appreciate the public effort to try and resolve the issue that lead to my posted feedback but ya'll have already tried to help. My feedback was written based on my experiences with your advocates who tried to address my concerns. Based on how the conversation went, $100 was the only compensation on the table given the time, effort and frustration I had to put into getting the vehicle to a state that it should have been at the time of pick up. The only reason I did not return the vehicle is because I would not have found a similar vehicle at the listed price and I've spent months looking into the specific make/model vehicle and mileage that I purchased from ya'll. My feedback is not an attempt to escalate the matter in hopes of another conversation regarding reasonable compensation. I do not wish to communicate with Carvana any further. My feedback is to inform others of my experiences so they can make informed decisions when considering potential risks if they decide to purchase from Carvana.
