They make mistakes but force the customer to deal with them themselves. Bought the car and made my pickup appointment, I was so excited! Then they rolled back my order, lost my pickup date and I had to wait an additional 3 days to get it. I was told that it was a mistake on their end and they couldn’t do anything about it, they told me they’re only human. So, I thought that’s annoying but whatever I’ll just wait 3 more days. Got the car and loved it! However I did have to take it to get repairs because their inspection wasn’t thorough enough. Then the registration… they force you to have them register your car for you. It was taking a long time so they had to send me a new temp plate via email. It’s now been over two months since I have bought the car and the temp plate is now expired but I have no new plates. I call to see if I can get another temp plate so that I can drive my car, they tell me there’s nothing they can do and I have to call the dmv. Now I am stuck with no plates, can’t drive the car, and now I’m responsible to figure out the registration that’s already taken them two months to do and I’ve already paid them to do it. They’ve made multiple mistakes on their end and have never offered a solution to help me. Everything falls on the customer to deal with, all they say is, “sorry there’s nothing we can do” or “we’re only human and we make mistakes”. Spent Over $20,000 and I can’t even drive the car. Save yourself the time and energy and go through someone else. Horrible company that offers no solutions. More

I was really disappointed when my new truck showed up completely filthy. The back seats were covered in white dog hair. There is mud on the the inside front seat. I called them and they offered me $100 for detailing and $60 for an I’m sorry gift. Little did I know the cheapest detailing I could get was $220. Then we were supposed to get 2 keys and only 1 worked. They. Infinite to call my husband and text him even though I have been assured multiple times his number is nowhere on the account. I also have yet to get the $160 the said I would get and my 7 days passed awhile ago. More
In 2 days back to back I waited on hold for over 1hr15min. 7 months and still no plates.Not doing business here again. My vehicle was supposed to come with 2 WORKING key fobs and it came with 3, 2 o 1hr15min. 7 months and still no plates.Not doing business here again. My vehicle was supposed to come with 2 WORKING key fobs and it came with 3, 2 of those don't even go to my car. Then when I requested a second key, I got the run around to file an insurance claim with their department. Another issue that is still on going is I have had my car 6 1/2 months and still no plates! I've called several times to fix this issue and I get placed on hold. Waited 1 hr 15 minutes finally to get someone to just put me on hold again to get me to the "right department". Called the next day same thing only waited longer, had to repeat the issue to a new person, got put on hold again, then was disconnected, still waiting for a call back, and still have an unresolved issue. The buying process was fairly decent and we seriously considered purchasing a 2nd vehicle from Carvana but after today and the run around I keep getting, it isn't likely. More
This is my second time using carvana and overall its been a good experience both times. The second vehicle had a delay in the delivery which left me without a vehicle for a week.
