Although our initial appointment had some hiccups, the staff and customer service was outstanding. Realizing our remote location was an issue I would like to suggest the service area be extended with a no staff and customer service was outstanding. Realizing our remote location was an issue I would like to suggest the service area be extended with a nominal fee. The advertising is a little misleading and it was a surprise in our situation that could have been overcome with the said solution. I, personally, would have gladly paid a reasonable fee to avoid the multiple trips and the extra 1500 miles. Knowing what know now I would still highly recommend Carvana and it’s staff to anyone looking to sell or trade a vehicle. Please give a a shout out to Haylee and Austyn at the Salt Lake hub for going above and beyond to make the process smooth and LT for working through the initial issues with professionalism and courtesy to make the whole process fair,, it was appreciated more than you know. When I received the car I could tell it was not detailed. Found cereal, a small toy and a piece of chocolate behind the driver side. Also, the tires are worn down. The two employees who helped us were very helpful, walking us through the process. Everything was great until delivery time, which got changed, and no called us. We then called Carvana to ask why we weren’t called, why the delay and request an earlier delivery date. You weren’t able to accommodate us. We informed your representative that we had already sold our vehicle we were replacing, based on the delivery date we were given by Carvana, and would be without a vehicle until delivery in 5 days. Your representative said we would be compensated $25 per day until delivery, and a check would be cut and sent to us once our purchase transaction was completed. We have yet to receive it, or our tags, registration and title. We took delivery on Saturday, May 29, 2021. More
